NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. If your roadside assistance company sends this tow company - call them back and tell them you refuse to work with them due to their HORRIFIC business practices. Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. This was not a great experience at all. We need a tow because I hit something on the hwy and found most of our oil on the parking lot ground. We're on the 4th floor parking garage. At St Vincent's. The driver could not understand what garage we were in. Even with explaining the East Pavilion. Giving the cross streets in front of the parking garage. I had even given my exact coordinates to my insurance company! Once he finally found us. We find out he can get our van out. They were going to dispatch two more drivers. Thankfully a friend and her husband were there to rescue me. So we pushed it down. It was late enough at this point that the driver said we'll take it to our lot and deliver it tomorrow. Ok fine. Well it took 3 days for them to finally deliver it where we wanted it. Despite us having the ok from our insurance to tell them. Finally got it today. Find out they had driven my van around!!!! Luckily the repair shop questioned them leaving it in the street! They said it's ok it's able to run. The desk guy called them out on it. Thought they would understand a car not having oil is a bad thing!!! read more

DO NOT use these clowns if insurance sends them to you for a tow. I had an auto accident recently and since then, despite getting authorization from insurance to release my vehicle, they have avoided phone calls and have continued to accrue "storage fees". read more

He ruined my front yard, left my driver's side window open (with a chance of rain), and gave real reasons for us to believe he did not have a clue what he was doing! This company damaged my driveway while picking up our Mazda to take to a repair facility. They should have put something down on my driveway to protect it. They had to send two different trucks - the first wasn't able to tow our car because it was a flat bed and not a traditional tow truck - he didn't speak much English and said goodbye without sending the another truck. I had to call Agero (stay away from them) through State Farm for them to try again, unfortunately leading to the damage by the second tow truck driver. Advantage tow driver blocked my vehicle, which was parked in a handicap spot with placard displayed, and the driver refused to move his vehicle until the service was done. He was there to jumpstart another vehicle but parked right in the middle of the road at the park we were at. He was quite rude. I called in to make a complaint when the driver refused to helpand the individual who answered the line was very flippant and couldn't be bothered. BEWARE!!! I had a minor collision and these guys are who VW Roadside Assistance sent to tow me. Instead of taking my car to the requested body shop they held it until they received payment from my insurance carrier (State Farm). State Farm informed me that they added extremely abnormal storage charges and towing fees. They had to escalate to their management to intervene. I have lodged a formal complaint with VW Roadside to ensure that these guys are not on their selected list of tow companies moving forward. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! read more

I had flat tire and undercarriage damage. Asked tow truck driver to take me to Beaverton Toyota. He told me to file insurance claim and he would take my vehicle to tow yard. It took way to long to get insurance payment. I ended up paying myself and getting reimbursed by insurance. It was dragged out over a day so I could be charged over $1,300 because they didn't know how to process insurance payment to them. Seems very scam to me. I was very disappointed they didn't just tow to location I asked for immediately. They just wanted extra money obviously. read more

My car would not start and since I am NOT a mechanic I had no idea what was wrong with it, I requested a tow through my road side assistance and Advantage Towing sent a driver. I did not catch the driver's name but I was having a horrible day. He arrived and jumped started my car and told me that I needed to buy a new battery. I just want to say Thank you! I'm not sure if he heard me when I told him yesterday. I am super grateful for your help. For taking the time to tell me that I needed a new battery and not to jump start it again. I drove straight to get a new battery for my car. Thanks again! It may not have seemed like a big deal to you, but it was a big deal to me and I am thankful.
