Terrible service. The manager David Garcia needs to be replaced ASAP. They charged me an extra $300 on top of the price I agreed to pay earlier this morning as well as $50 for a storage fee AND an after hour fee of $55. I got here at 3:45. I shouldn't have been charged a storage fee for today or an after hour gate fee if they don't close until 7:00. This guy will run you around in circles if you let him. AND THEN after we finally get all the fees situated he lies and says he's sending a tow, but then changes his mind and says he's fearing for his life because I gave him a piece of my mind for all the BS he's pulled today. If you hear this tow company mentioned at all just steer clear. You'll save a bunch of money and a huge headache dealing with "David Garcia". They left my car on the whole time so the battery is dead as well as my window down. They cracked my front lip, as well as dented the side fender in more than what it was. Pay attention to the 1-star reviews. They are very real. I got locked out of my car and was assigned to this company by my insurance. The initial estimate was for 60 mins which was okay but after 60 mins I called them to check and was asked to wait another hour and a half. I asked them to see if they can do anything better but the rude dispatcher said 'I will go ahead and cancel the call'. That's it. No apology, no effort to work with me - just flat out 'cancel the call'. Called my insurance and asked for another company which showed up within 30 mins. If you get All day towing through your insurance, ask them to change it asap. They flat out suck!!! Not worth the time! read more

A HUGE THANK YOU TO BOBBY!!!! (Sorry if this is a bit late) We had to tow my sons precious Subaru STI. We probably should've requested a flat bed, but Bobby said "let's just take it slow and easy. " Bobby did an excellent job in getting it up, towed and dropped!! Not a scratch, not an issue. I'm not a fan of tow truck driver's, but this was one of the best experiences I've had. 5/31/2024 arrived to get my sons motorcycle. the company said the driver would be right back (4:45 pm) to let us in the gate. an hour later the driver had not arrived and I noticed the sign on the gate that said they charge $47 after 6:00 for a gate fee. the driver shows up at 6:01 and says he is charging us the fee. I call the company back and the driver and the company speak in Spanish (both know English) so I can't understand what they are saying. the driver begins yelling at us until finally he agrees not to charge us. as I walked to get our bike I was telling his wife (who he made do all the work opening the gate) that it had been a tough day. I was not blaming them, I was mad at the man on the phone. while we were talking the driver began yelling at me to leave his wife alone. that she was not an employee. his wife told me I was very polite and to ignore her husband. he continued to yell at both myself and my husband as we (by ourselves) had to lift a motorcycle without a front wheel onto a trailer while he sat in his truck and his wife stood in the hot sun to watch us. awful service and clearly he waited until 6pm on purpose so he could charge us more. I would not recommend this business to anyone! The driver did not lowered the towing device low enough, so when he backed up his truck, the towing device scraped/dented the bottom of my front bumper. I informed the driver that he had hit my car and he denied it and TOOK OFF! Yes, you heard me right - the driver denied the whole incident and took off, leaving me stranded with my broken car. I contact their dispatch/call center/company and they claimed no responsibility what so ever. My car was parked at an AutoZone auto parts store and they have a security camera which i am working with them and the Police to pull a video clip of what happened. My insurance company sent them out to tow my car. It needed to be towed 4 miles. They came out hooked my car up and THEN told me there would be overage charges. That my insurance amount only covered hooking up the car, which happened to be the same amount of money my insurance limit was. He said he would be willing to waive the fee and see about saving me some money if I was willing to have my car towed to his friend's shop instead of where I planned on bringing it. I refused. They dropped my car and left. Two hours of my time gone, car still not towed, and won't be now in time today. Thanks for trying to take advantage of people in a bad situation. Really shows the quality of your company and employees. My deepest gratitude to Junior at All Day Towing. I passed through an accident scene and ended up with a flat tire. I pulled off the freeway right in front of a tow truck at the accident site. It turns out he too had a flat tire due to the accident debris. I walked back to the tow truck and Junior asked if I needed help. Yes! He was my angel for the night. He took care of my car, was VERY careful to not scrape my car (it's lowered) or scratch my exhaust (aftermarket) he showed so much interest in cars and his job I fully trusted him even tho I was so scared it was going to scrape! He did such a good job! I was frustrated and mad over constant car problems and even more mad I had to call someone to tow my car. He was friendly on the phone and very Friendly in person! I couldn't give him an exact address due to me on the side of the road on a highway but I did the best I could to describe where I was at. He found me in a timely manner which I was so thankful for because me being already mad as ever did not want to wait an hour or more! After waiting an hour-half with another tow company I gave up and had insurance arranged for second place, which turned out to be All Day Towing. I called the dispatcher Lee at All Day Towing immediately and explained the circumstances. I asked if he could try to get someone out ASAP. I never heard back from him, then later I found out it was going to be 1-1/2 hours through the driver. I called the dispatcher again about his lack of communication, effort, and care. Ryan was a shining star today. I came out of work to find my tire was completely flat and me with minimal knowledge on tire changing. I found the roadside assistance number I had stuffed into my glove box and within minutes a tow truck from an unspecified company was heading my way. They were super fast, the estimate time they told me was an hour after my insurance co called them but they came within 40 minutes. &I forgot the name of the guy who helped me with my car today, but he was SO helpful. He was called to my house to jump start my car but it ended up not working but he gave me a bunch of tips of what not to do in the future and what I should do if this happens again. I can't say enough horrible things about this company! The driver picked up our broken down car and put it on a flat bed trailer. Upon delivering it to our house, he UNHOOKED the car BEFORE it was off the ramp! Lowered the ramp and almost killed my husband!!!!!!!!! The car ran down the ramp, my husband thankfully fell down out of the way and it went and crashed into our play structure!!! The driver screamed and asked if he was ok... then lowered the ramp and took off! My husband tried to get in the car to push it off the play structure and in doing so the driver took a picture of him halfway in the car. The company is saying that because of the picture my husband was the one that crashed into our structure! We are so lucky that no one was hurt and just the car and the play structure were damaged. I called everyday for over 2 weeks to finally get ahold of the manager who informed me there was nothing more they would do for me! Please do not use this company!!!
