However when I called, it didn't sound like the same people I've dealt with before. When the truck came out, it wasn't the same company. Not really sure why this other company is using another company's name online but I called the real Tigard Towing and the owner told me to be careful because there is someone trying to use their business name online. Another hour and several unanswered calls later, still nothing. We reached out to our insurance again and asked if they could possibly get in contact with the towing company from their end, and they said we should be receiving a call momentarily. Still no call. At this point it's around 11pm and we have to look for another arrangement because clearly these people weren't communicating. You name an excuse they have it: Parts showed up damaged, need to get new parts, Can't find the right parts, Ford service manual doesn't show how to repair that part, we might have to total the car if we damage this part during repair, etc... NOT GOOD AT ESTIMATING: All of this AND original estimate $8K, Revised estimate after they had the truck for 2 months $21K. THEY DON'T ACTUALLY WORK ON THE VEHICLE: At this point ZERO work has been completed except disassembly. Congratulations Precision, you know how to take stuff apart, now lets see if you can put it back together? PHONE CALLS: As a bonus, when you call - AI answers and makes you answer a bunch of stupid questions only to promise someone will call you back. If they do forward you to a person, it goes to voicemail, but the voicemail is full and you can't leave a message. EMAILS: Emails go without ANY reply. VISITING MY TRUCK IN PRECISION JAIL: I finally had to drive over and walk into the shop. The excuse (at 3.5 months of waiting) was that they were waiting for a couple more things to figure out before they order the parts for the repair. Extra bonus, they charge a HIGHER Rate than insurance will reimburse, because they are so awesome. That means you pay extra out of pocket ABOVE your deductible. Double Extra Bonus: They keep changing the bid amount, even though they got paid by the insurance company in January! - 3 MONTHS AGO! Triple Extra Bonus: When you drop off you get a free 19 page list of excuses and reasons why shit may go wrong, but no matter what it won't be their fault. They make you sign every page Quadruple Extra Bonus: That document was written by a monkey. And I fricking hate monkeys. The number of errors and outdated information in their contract is ridiculous. Who cares if they do a good job on repairs if they never actually do the repairs. At this point I am stuck because their crack crew of truck wreckers has disassembled my truck and they want to charge me $8K just to put it back together so I can get it the *Expletive* out of their shop. Please don't use them. Tell others not to use them. If you make the decision to go ahead and use them, please contact me, so that we can get together and commiserate when you realize you screwed up and that your vehicle is stuck in Precision Hell for months without any hope of getting it back in time. This body shop is not good, in summary…read more The car damage was light and it was an insurance claim against the person who hit my car. Small bumper damage and small door dents, the original estimate was about $3000, and kevin told me it might go up to $4000-5000. The total bill was close to $8500. They repaired the vehicle before insurance paid for it, so if the insurance decided not to, I would've been screwed. They sent me the updated estimates after the repairs were done asking if they should go ahead with them. After that they kept increasing and decreasing the total bill, as they liked. I have in my possession 3-4 different total bills. The shop had multiple different employees that I had talked to, 2 of them left, so I kept getting different promises of what will be done with my car. I had a small front scratch that kevin and Aron told me they will fix (on the house since they were small) but since they left, their notes didn't matter. The shop did "repair" those scratches on the house, but they have caused more damage. And now I will pay even more to get them fixed. The promise was complete repair, these guys took a marker and lightly covered them (pics included) The repair was delayed by 10 days. I was leaving Oregon and I had to have the car done by a certain time. They waited till the last minute to tell me they need more money from the insurance, which put me in a bad position and had to cancel my shipping car date and re-arrange flights. This was only due to them not being on top of things. The manager Steven lies blatantly and tells me he been contacting the insurance company but they don't respond. Yet when I do a quick call, they send a check within 2 days. I would also send Steven emails and left voicemails asking for updates, but he doesn't return my calls or respond to my emails. And when I did finally get in touch after 7-8 attempts, he tells me he sent me emails but they didn't go through. Even though we were sending emails back and forth when they were asking for more money. So as a man, I'm embarrassed for him to have a guy his age lie like that. Finally, and ironically enough, when I was picking my car, there was another customer with a Jeep who the shop damages her car. And when she left they were making fun of her, even though they had acknowledged the damage and the delays they caused, calling her rude because she was upset and was in a hurry. Finally, if the owner reads this, I had told the employees how Rivian is right next to me, and I have family members who work there, who will hear about your shop and how your employees behave. And even more importantly, the low quality of repairs the cars leave your shop in.

It was pouring rain, I had little phone service, and I was nervous to sit in my car for fear of it rolling backwards on the big hill and potentially off the road alltogether. I called roadside assistance through my insurance who were not grasping the danger of the situatuon I was in. Therefore, I was quoted 80-110 minute wait time until an unknown tow company would be able to rescue. I called 3 Angels towing, but kept losing service. The wife of this family business immediately texted back with concern and care, which is what I needed in the situation. Within 30 minutes, the husband and daughter were there to get me out and to a nearby gas station in under an hour. They also charged me pennies to all the local tow companies who would've gouged me because I had no other way our of this situation. 3 Angels in right. I think back on this situation and how much worse it could be. I was dealing with some whiplash and shock, but the family made me feel at ease on the drive back. We were even laughing about random things by the end of the drive. They wouldn't accept a tip and were just kind, good people. I am grateful beyond belief and hope this review can express to them that they made a terrible experience into a thankfulness of humanity and kindness.

After a few months, the exhaust started to smell like gas and the check engine light came on. We put it off since the car is quite old. Now, 2 years later, we're due for DEQ and can't pass. I call SW Autobody to see if there is some kind of warranty. They say, no, after market cats don't have a warranty and they don't fix those anymore (massive sign out front says differently). A 30 second googl search tells me it's a federal law that cats must last 5yrs/50k miles for environmental purposes. The shop stops answering my calls and doesn't return my voice ails so I go in person. The lady tells me she's been doing this for 30 years and there is no warranty. I insist she give me her distributor's info. I call the distributor, find out there is a warranty but that they have never sold this part to this shop. Yikes. I get the repair done at another shop and they discover the cat is welded on... Likely salvaged / stolen off another vehicle. So I take the old one to sw auto body to get an explanation. Where did it come from? The lady said her distributor is the only place she gets parts from so she doesn't know what happened. Scratching her head like "who the heck put this in your car?! Man, that's so weird!" The whole song and dance... Chances are this is the cat that got stolen off my car in the first place lol. I told her I want this old car warrantied and to call me when she has it so I can sell it and make some money back. That would obviously be hard for her to do so she comes chasing me out into the parking lot with a random catalytic converter and asks me to take this one instead. Sure, whatever. I feel bad writing this review but I was cheated on the repair and disrespected throughout the process. Im a super easy going guy and this place walked allllllllll over me.
