The website they use to track the driver is accurate and they were prompt to dispatch. The first driver dint feel confident enough with his rig to get my vehicle safely towed which many may seem as a hindrance but it's a plus. I'd rather someone be honest than risk damaging my car more. They quickly dispatched a second driver with a flatbed. The second driver which I believe was named Jim (I'm horrible with names could have been Tim) showed up about 40 mins later which was what they stated. He was very knowledgeable and had the tools which made the job safer and easier to load my car. All in all he managed to safely get my car loaded on in what seemed to be no time at all and get it inside my garage.

My mom's car broke down at 7pm and we were connected to this service via our insurance company. We…read morewere told by one of their associates that a tow truck would be able to help us in a time span of 60-90 minutes, which we were more than happy to wait since we were relatively close to home when this happened. 2 hours go by and we heard nothing from them. Another hour and several unanswered calls later, still nothing. We reached out to our insurance again and asked if they could possibly get in contact with the towing company from their end, and they said we should be receiving a call momentarily. Still no call. At this point it's around 11pm and we have to look for another arrangement because clearly these people weren't communicating. If I could give zero stars I would because a towing company that doesn't tow is slightly ironic.
