It's extremely frustrating to pay $500 for an incomplete service that only took the technician 40 minutes and did not get the job done. Subsequently, I persistently called, left voicemails and emailed for 2 weeks letting them know of my issue and they kept giving me the run around. It's unfortunate because they were so quick to get me scheduled to take my money but when I told them they obviously didn't do the job I paid for, they have been completely ghost. Because of the nature of the situation and the health hazard, I had to call another company to fix the faulty job they did. The new company is excellent, great customer service and I will recommend them to everyone with any similar issues as well as my HOA because we have wildlife issues is my neighborhood quite often. Companies like Jesse James do not care about customers... customers who work hard NOT to throw away money! We had an active termite infestation, they came out and analyzed it and then called Interstate Repair Services, they gave us an estimate of $1500.00 worth of damage. That did not even cover the insulation that had to be replaced. Look elsewhere for a reputable Pest company that honors its warranties. I had found the original warranty from 2000 and it states that with an active termite infestation they will pay the damages. I can attest they will not, you will be left doing the repair work and paying for it. I contemplated legal action, but at this point, it is not worth it, I have dealt with chain companies, and they are very good at hiding behind franchises. I will make it a point to let everyone know, this is how they treat customers.

I call and spoke with Mr. Crislip who seems grouchy every time you speak with him, I could not understand at first what he said but I then realized he said his guy could not get into my house because the door was locked, when he repeated himself he was extremely rude. Well if his guy had checked the correct door he would have found it actually was unlocked. I sat there in silence because I was confused as to why he said the door was locked when I just got home and walked through the door that was unlocked! I then realize he has hung up on me! Did not even call back. Had the guy called me when he realized he could not get in I could have told him which door was left unlocked. Also I made arrangements to remove my dogs from the house for the day which was another issue. We are not regular customers but on a as needed basis.
