However, we both know the difference between fact-based informative mailers that are also business solicitations and fake "official"-appearing-and-sounding ones that mislead readers in an effort to get them to open the envelope and respond. The former might get you less business, true, but the latter screams scam to some and impels others to respond because they don't realize there is nothing "official" about your communication that goes so far as to mention the lender, etc.. In today's hot real estate markets as a buyer, you really have to put together a dream team that works with you towards your goals. On one hand, you've got to choose a real estate agent that will keep your best interests in mind, whether that be fighting for seller concessions or repairs, or building rapport with listing agents to probe for information on key aspects that a seller is looking for in an offer. It's possible my particular loan was a super easy one for them, but they gave a clear to close in record time. It was so unbelievably quick that I'll refrain from specifying exactly how many days, because let's face it, everybody's situation is different and I wouldn't want this review to misrepresent their service levels. The point of this long winded review is that I was undeniably impressed by all aspects of how they approached my home purchase. My agent was impressed with how on-point they were with all their communications. This is our second time using Kurt and it won't be the last. Towards the end of the processing portion of our loan, Kurt and his team found out that if we did not pay off our previous loan before the 1st of the month it would end up costing us an entire months worth of interest and mortgage insurance. there is a reason they have an "f" rating with the better business bureau. horrible, horrible scammer company!! they keep sending me unsolicited junk mail with their scam offers. every time i get one, i call and tell them to delete my contact info and don't send me any more of their junk marketing mail. usually the kid at the call center just hangs up or even trys to push through their sales pitch, but sometimes they take the information and guarantee me that my info has been deleted and i won't get any more junk mail. needless to say, i keep getting their junk mail marketing garbage. now every time i call, i ask to speak to a supersivor i'm told that they are all in a meeting, anytime day or night, they are always in a meeting and unavailable to take any calls. no wonder they have an "f" from the bbb!!! read more
