I came back to get the Covid vaccine and was seen within 15 minutes. They took more precautions with sectioned off areas, which I appreciated. They go through the procedure you are going through, along with a paper that will explain it more. The nurses are always my favorite part about coming here. They make you feel that you are in a safe zone, while being friendly. Overall great service!

The office was very busy with only a few empty seat. I was called back to the examination room after only 5-10 minutes. Then was seen in less then a minute by the nurse to get my vitals. The doctor was in less than 3 minutes after I was brought back. It was determined that I had excessive wax in my ear. The doctor had it cleaned out. Dry quickly, gave me a prescription from their on site pharmacy and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes after I arrived. Everyone I encountered was super nice and polite. This was probably the best experience I have ever had from any health care provider.

The only thing I was disappointed in was doctor M.S. being dishonest about a medicine saying it's over the counter and when I got to the pharmacy they laughed in my face saying I do need a prescription. I tested positive for Covid and I asked for Ivermectin. The doctor told me it's over the counter. If you are a LIAR you are not to be trusted as a doctor. I was sick for 10 days, meanwhile people on ivermectin heal within days. Absolutely foul he could not just say he did not want to prescribe it but instead treated me with disrespect like a fool by lying. It's weeks later and this still does not sit well with me. But that wasn't the only issue. On top of that he was very worried about my kidney function and marked the creatinine as high, stressing me out about it while it was within normal range. Wait time: my appointment was scheduled for 11 AM, I scheduled online the day prior. I checked in at 10:50 AM and was taken back immediately. Care/Time: The doctor saw me very quickly and I had xrays taken immediately. She also wanted an ultrasound/doppler to ensure there wasn't a blood clot. After my xray I was advised it would be about an hour before I could have the ultrasound. I appreciated them setting the expectation. I waited a little over an hour and in that time they checked on me multiple times and brought me blankets fresh out of the dryer without me even asking. The techs were great as well as the doctor. Results: left with a referral for an orthopedist Yes you will be there a long time, it's an urgent care/ER so they will prioritize based on severity. But being able to have imaging done and get excellent referrals is a game changer I will absolutely utilize this service if ever needed again!

The doctors are always super friendly, courteous, and thorough. They always make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The staff is amazing! They're always super friendly and accommodating and go above and beyond to help. My only "complaint" is that they're are always super busy. They do both lbs and imaging at this location. Check in process is pretty easy. Show up with your lab order, insurance card, and ID. If you are in the stay already it's very quick. They do ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. They have a room with a bed, so if it's needed, you can lay down to have your blood drawn. The techs are very nice, quick, and extremely experienced. Most of all, they listen. So when you tell them you have a better arm, or small veins, they will take all that into consideration to get it right the first time. This is now my go-to for any testing.

Everyone seems to enjoy caring for all of the people that come in. My family and I have been coming here since 2021 when we met Diane who was amazing in drawing blood from my special needs daughter that has uncontrollable movements due to her cerebral palsy. Many hospital nurses have attempted to draw blood from my daughter and were unsuccessful. Diane is one of a kind phlebotomist. May God bless them and keep them safe always!
