Metra was kind enough to replace the unit twice. The last thing the owner/manager said on the 4th day of installation was "Just get it out of here ". Improved factory tint: ****************** On this trip FINISH LINE re-did multiple windows on our Mercedes GLS SUV. The rear window was not offering enough sun protection, or privacy protection, on the tailgate. Additionally, both driver and passenger side windows were only lightly tinted from the factory. With our new FINISH LINE tint we have more privacy, and more sun protection from the intense New Mexico sunlight. Bonus ... the dogs are now super happy in the "way back" after FINISH LINE darkened up the tailgate window.
