We had some issues with our insurance company providing a tow and Tristan immediately jumped in and sent a reliable tow within a few hours. Once the repair was complete, they arranged to drop off my SUV for us - we weren't going to be able to pick it up for a couple of days and they were low on space, but still, it was a huge life saver and so awesome of them. And then, these angels fixed up a bad scratch on the rear of my SUV that wasn't even related to the original accident. They just saw a bad scratch and fixed that while they were doing the paint work on the front bumper. Absolute angels - I had been stressing about getting it fixed and had gotten a quote from Caliber to fix the scratch (Caliber quoted me hundreds of dollars). PS, the Telshor Caliber is the worst - I had worked with them before and refused to go back. So, anyway, when I saw they just painted over the scratch without even a second thought, I couldn't handle it. They saved me hundreds and dollars and time having to deal with it. Last, they gave my SUV a super professional deep clean before dropping it off. I know it's not uncommon for body shops to give the car a wash before handing it back, but this was above and beyond the standard wash. My SUV looked brand new, inside and out, when they were done. They are all around, a class act. Businesses just don't operate like these guys anymore and I'm so lucky I found them!!

I had just had received my 70 Oldsmobile 442 back from the engine manufacturer (Mondello Performance) for over heating issues. I took the car out for any easy drive from WSMR to LC. 2miles onto 70 the car vapor locked and died. I had the car towed to Baird's Automotive because they were the closest shop. It was a great find for me. The shop fixed the vapor lock issue. When I drove it home I found I was still having overheating issues. Called the shop and came back in. Total repair took about 2 weeks. The issues turned out to be a ballooned radiator and insufficient air movement. Which lead to overheating and a header gasket leak. Baird's worked with Mondello the entire time to ensure warranties on the engine were not violated and engine specs were maintained. Much of the delay time was parts shipping from Mondello to Baird's. Baird's called and informed me when they agreed and disagreed with Mondello, but maintained a professional environment regardless of agreeances. Thanks To the service, leadership, and mechanics at Baird's Automotive, the "Blue Beast" is running great again.
