Our camper turns at the pin box (Curt Turning Point pin box) not in the bed of the truck, the pin box has a wedge installed to lock it out from turning in the truck bed. They moved our 5th wheel and placed 2 bolts into the back of the Curt Turning Point, we have owned this camper since 2022 we have never had bolts in where they placed them. We dropped our 5th wheel off at The RV Clinc (July 26, 2025) to have the entrance door replaced and one other minor repair done. We picked the 5th wheel up on July 2, 2025. I went in to pay for the minor repair as the door and the labor were being covered by Lippert and Rockwood. Jessica Miron asked if we needed help hooking up I said no we do this all the time she replied I figured that. My husband and I hooked the 5th wheel up (we do the same procedure we do every time we go camping and is recommended by Lippert), drive across the back parking lot go to make a left hand turn around the building and we hear a terrible noise. Nelson (employee of The Rv Clinic) comes running out and says he knows what happened he left the bolts in the pin box. As he is taking the bolts out I asked him if that hurt the hitch at all, he said NO. We leave The RV Clinic turn left off of Tahlequah Trail on to SR 73, my husband applies the brakes because of red light (across from the Shell station) (he was going 20-25 mph) and the 5th wheel comes up into the bed of the truck and stops up against the rear window. I get out to access the damage, the camper is damaged, the truck is damaged and the tonneau cover trashed. I tried calling The RV Clinic no one answers, I left a message of what happened and said that we needed help. I started to walk back to The RV Clinic and Nelson and another employee are on their way and pick me up and asked what happened. We get our truck unhooked and they went and got a long bed truck and placed the bolts into the hitch (that they forgot to take out originally) take it back to the shop and remove what is left of the bolts that hold the wedge on. (The bolts sheered off when we were at their shop when we went to make the left hand turn around the building, hmm I was told no damage) When we were back at their shop and they were taking the sheered bolts off the owner Joshua Miron keep saying to my husband do you know how much this is going to cost you referencing to the tailgate, 5th wheel, and tonneau cover he said it repeatedly. I said to my husband he isn't taking any responsibility for this at all. When I asked him what kind of information we needed to get from him he said like what and I replied like the name of your insurance company. He said this was a parking lot incident and that is the responsibility of our personal insurance , and I would have to speak to his wife for that information but she had gone to book club. I went back the following morning to speak with her she gave me the name of their insurance agent and stated that she talked to him and was told your truck, your camper, you were towing your problem. They are taking no responsibility whatsoever. We would have taken it back to them for the repair to the 5th wheel. We understand that stuff happens, but when you laugh and say I see those bolts sheer all the time and won't take any responsibility no way will we ever use them again. (I spoke to Rockwood & Lippert about bolts sheering off and they both said if that were case they wouldn't be making or using that hitch) We took our 5th wheel to the manufacture (Rockwood) for the repair, so a door and the installation that didn't cost us turned in to us paying out over $1,500.00 for their negligence (stayed in a Air Bnb, gas and food plus deductable on both vehicles. Plus the truck will show up on Carfax as being damaged. Total damage $8000.00 to truck/camper. Also they left their brad nailer in our camper. Yes I returned it to them. Beware if you take your camper to them make sure you check out everything!

No finance guy on Saturdays, so wanted us to travel back up to do the sale, even though we were from 3 hours away. Finally agreed to do things by mail. The trailer was delivered to the campground which is where our worksite is. Purchased brand new and here is what we have encountered: 1. Dirty inside and not cleaned as it was supposed to be before providing and it is brand new. 2. We had mentioned a seat issue that we were told would be fixed before delivery and it was not. 3. Frame around 1 window, inside is bent 4. Outside grill has 3 screws that are busted 5. The hot water does not work. We had emailed the finance person about our concerns for things and the sales person. He never responded. We called the sales person and he said he would check with service...who also do not work weekends and he never got back to us. We paid over 40,000 for poor service, lack of interest by their employees and shoddy quality. Do not buy from this place. They do not care and their product is faulty. It won't let me post photos but if you want to see them, reach out and I can send them to you.

First of all, we found it difficult to get hold of Jeff. He seemed to respond only when he felt like it and we had to wait a few days or even 2 weeks before he'd contact us, in spite of a serious leak or power outages. At one point, when he failed to respond we were forced to spend two nights in a hotel waiting on him, not knowing what was going on - 3-4 days later he said he'd been sick. A phone call would have helped and he seemed rather inconsiderate. When he would finally come he appeared to be knowledgeable and we thought he was doing a good job of helping us with some repairs on our 2012 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel. He asked us to give supply a good review to our campground manager and we did. However over time, closer inspection revealed sloppy work. He failed to use the correct leveling sealant when re-sealing our roof and the application was spotty instead of thorough. This job was offered in place of a brand new set of Lippert Aluminum Quad-steps we were selling worth $350. We ended up on the short end of that deal and must redo it. When water leaked from the roof and compromised our rear power outlet, he repaired it by applying sealant around the plug, but he actually sealed the electric plug into the outlet. Later we couldn't get it out. A short resulted, that damaged the GFI leaving us without power and hot water on a weekend, costing $650 to repair both problems. For one job he arrived to install a Morryde one-piece cargo slide and six LED lights in the RV and brought an apprentice with him, then without warning charged us a whopping $500, stating that we had to pay him and his young new apprentice $125/hr each. His previous price had been $100/hr. We were more gracious than he deserved and paid him but kindly questioned the excessive charge for his apprentice. We knew the apprentice would never see that money. Previously in April he agreed to repair a leak under our shower. We waited nearly 5 months when he finally notified us the shower base he'd ordered had arrived but claimed the shipping had cost a couple hundred dollars more than expected. He was reimbursed. Shortly after this, without any explanation, he cut off all contact and never completed the job, leaving us to find help elsewhere. We have since informed our camp manager of these problems and retracted our first review. He will no longer be welcomed here she said. We are in the process of completing some upgrades this year have finally found two technicians we can count on.
