Note; they will not service existing gutters, they will tear out any existing gutters and replace, probably for the better. Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. Do not be concerned with Zelle-ing the owner directly.

He didn't use squeegees, just microfiber cloths and a scrubber. I would not recommend.

I contacted Cesar from Top Notch Gutters to give me an estimate to solve my problem. I had every expectation that I would be paying for all new gutters. Well, I was wrong. Cesar climbed 30 feet up his ladder, was able to clean some debris out of the gutters, and adjusted them so that water flowed toward the downspout rather than toward the house. He clearly has a high understanding of how to work with guttering. He easily saved me several thousand dollars. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with his work.

I selected Advocate Construction to handle my roof replacement last month when I discovered I had major hail damage on my roof and so far, the service has been tremendous! The sales rep Mike S. came out for the initial inspection and was able to help me open a claim and managed everything professionally and efficiently throughout the whole process to ensure that I received the maximum benefit for the damages. He also maintained great communication to make sure that my questions were answered. The Field Supervisor Ralph F. also came out to walk the property with the insurance inspector to make sure that all my questions and concerns about the damages were addressed and he was very helpful, professional and friendly as well. The roof is scheduled to be replaced in a few weeks and I have nothing but confidence in regards to the satisfactory results. Only I didn't do any business with PerTex, it was the previous owner! I called them and the representative basically told me I was SOL even though they knew I didn't owe them anything. They decided to put the screws to me and my new family because someone else hasn't paid them. If they're willing to be low down in this then who knows what other corners they're willing to cut! I know I'm already prepping for the surprises I'll find during this winter. There are a million other roofers in Dallas and I'd recommend you use one of them!

They will also work with your insurance company so you don't have to. They have been around a good many years and have maintained an A+ BBB score.
