HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! Do yourself a favor and go to a different salon. ARACELI needs to be FIRED. These women don't know how to cut hair to save their lives. Horrible customer service. I have been here twice and both times have been horrendous. I don't know how these people are still in business. The woman named ARACELI was SO RUDE. I kept telling her I wanted to check my hair in the mirror and she rudely said she wasn't done cutting my hair and told me to stop moving. She got frustrated that she couldn't understand the SIMPLE haircut I wanted and yelled at me to get out her chair. This woman needs to be FIRED and get her license taken away. The owner Ady was sitting next to me and didn't even bother assisting me when her incompetent employee was yelling at me. She was too busy gossiping. Araceli didn't even have the decency to apologize for completely botching my hair. She gave me layers and I didn't even want layers and I kept clarifying that to her and she rudely dismissed my requests. I cannot believe the behavior of this woman. The owner didn't even apologize EITHER!! She expected me to pay for the botched haircut. Ridiculous. I would not be surprised if they shut their business down. I love this hair salon near me. Went here for the first time and they were very friendly! Very quick, not necessarily "rushed," and am very content with the service. Make sure to sign in beforehand so you are out on the waitlist, there isn't someone necessarily greeting you and giving instruction. I got my hair cut by LETTY and was very pleased. Ive come to this salon for the past couple years with so-so experiences. However, this will be my last experience at this salon. I came for a haircut and a trim, the fade was good but the top of my hair has been butchered. The two sides of my middle part are different lengths, the crown of my hair is cut uneven. I'm greatly disappointed, even if the people here are relatively kind, the service for mens haircuts is poor. read more

Where I used to work all the girls had cute haircuts and whenever they had their hair colored it was done so well. I was looking for a new place to go for my haircuts so I asked all the girls where they got their hair done... All of them said Ady's Beauty Salon! The location was kind of hidden on Anaheim Blvd. across the street from the small Northgate Market and around a lot of car shops. Don't be scared by the outside since the place is pretty ghetto. I went in and said that so-and-so people recommended me to come here and showed Ady a picture of what I wanted. The end result was great! I only paid $15 (excluding tip) which is great for a woman's cut; I thought this was because of the recommendation but I get charged this amount each time. If you use a card there will be a charge of $2. Be prepared: Not all of the people who work there speak English... so what I do is bring a picture and draw a little bit of what I want. There are a few English speaking workers so I tell them and they will translate it to the lady cutting my hair. I don't mind because the ending result is always good :D read more

I came here once. Ofelia is a great barber. She isn't fluent in English, but she's speaks some, and I speak some Spanish. She did an awesome shadow fade on me; then she lined out my sideburns, sides, and back with a razor blade. There is street parking right outside. I highly recommend Ofelia :) read more

The people here a courteous and very good at their job. Got a skin fade job done and they did great. They just charge $2 just to pay in debit/credit. But besides that the price for a haircut is decent. Love that the ladies were very welcoming. Will recommend people here. Came here to get my little sisters first haircut and we were not pleased. Called to ask how much it would be beforehand and they said $15, once we get there they changed the price to $18 even though I had mentioned that I had called and they had told me a different price. My sister had very long hair and we were looking to donate it so she braided it and then made the cut. Once it was done my mom noticed how one side was more uneven than the other so she tried to let the stylist know but the stylist got upset and said that she was the expert and not my mom. Overall, the experience did not go well and felt very rushed! Would not recommend this place or at least the stylist with the curly blonde highlighted hair and glasses. read more

Don't come here unless you want to be waiting even after you make an appointment. Worst service ever. Made appointment to do my daughters hair for an event on a Friday morning. The point of an appointment is to get the service you need because you have other things to do. Well we walk in a couple minutes before our scheduled Appointment and the owner decides to take two customers that happened to walk in before us. She assured me she would be quick. It took 20 minutes after my appointment to get my daughter sat down for her hair. Not to mention she was rushing because more of her regular clients came walking in for hair cuts. read more

ive been going to ady for four years now. she is the only person i trust with my hair since i met her. she does excellent work and i think it is at a very afortable price. i had blonde hair for over a year and she took care of my hair so well it didnt break. everytime i ask her to do something she does it exactly how i want it. i just love her and her work. i recommended it 100%. the area its in is not the best but she is great and so is here staff. read more

Alicia Lopez, their permanent make up artist wasted my valuable time today! I showed up early and then waited an additional 2.5 hours in the salon for her. Both myself and the other ladies working at the salon called her with no call or text back from her. I made this appointment a week ago and squeezed it into my schedule since I have limited time here on my trip. Later, about 5 hours after my scheduled appointment time she calls to ask me to come in tonight, YEA RIGHT!!!
