This is despite not being a diver. But I am a snorkeler! In fact, the next time someone asks me my hobby, I'm going to say, "I'm a snorkeler." I have never heard that before. I bought some snorkel equipment and headed to Florida Springs. You know what kind of fish I saw there? Me neither. I just know they were little colorful ones. I also saw many of Bob's friends, many of which said hello. As far as the shopping experience goes, A+. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended--even if you only snorkel.

The owner, Saffron, also taught my children to dive and we have traveled with her on more than 10 trips. Each one was organized, professionally done and tons of FUN. We got a great tour of the St. Augustine area and a stop over at an island for some relaxation. Worth every penny and then some, Dan is very knowledgeable about the area and was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with. He provided non-alcoholic drinks and snacks, floating tubes, umbrella and chairs which was a really touch nice as well. You can BYOB if you so choose as well, though we did not as we are not drinkers. Having the boat to ourselves was great and definitely beats a traditional shared boat tour! When you tell them that you do not want their services they will claim they cleaned the boat anyway and then start charging you late fees if you don't pay for services they did not do. They will take a video of a diver pretending to clean the boat when they do nothing. I have seen other boats that they claim to have cleaned when they do nothing. Be careful. Dive on the boat after they claim to clean it just to be sure, just like I did.

We recently took the airboat tour and overall the wildlife and scenery were great, but there were a…read morecouple things I wish had been disclosed before booking. Within the first 5-10 minutes, another airboat from this same company intentionally sprayed our boat while we were sitting still. I ended up completely soaked and spent the rest of the tour in wet clothes and standing water in my Birkenstocks. I read the website and waiver beforehand and didn't see anything saying passengers should expect to be intentionally sprayed by another boat. If that's part of the experience, it should be mentioned so people can wear appropriate clothing or decide if it's for them. It also felt like the two captains were joking around with each other, but unfortunately the paying passengers were the ones who got caught in the middle. One other thing to be aware of: the bathrooms were out of order, leaving only one portable toilet that was extremely full and unpleasant to use. I don't write reviews often, and I'm not expecting a perfectly dry airboat ride. I fully expected some spray from the ride itself. I just think guests should know about these things ahead of time so they can come prepared or choose not to participate. With a few changes, this could have been a much better experience. ****Thank you for the response. I appreciate you confirming that intentionally soaking paying customers, providing unusable restroom facilities, and dismissing legitimate concerns is "exactly what your experience is all about."
