They even texted me that my camera system would be available soon. Now, they say they have no cameras because my system is "too old," even though it's a brand new Lorex system installed in 2023. After a month of inquiries, I received a sarcastic comment from the person responsible for ordering cameras, stating that they no longer service such old models. Why provide me with misleading information for an entire month? How can you claim not to service them when you just did three months ago? I strongly advise against doing business with them; you will only encounter frustration. I have text message evidence of our communication and wish I could have recorded our phone call, as it was both disrespectful and unprofessional.
