I went to the office twice when rejection letters from insurance were received. The letters specified the info they needed and for my medical office to call them. I even wrote up a list of meds and dates seen for my medical issue to help her when she was to speak to insurance. She still hasn't called and now insurance has cancelled all mri requests for my issue and I have to start all over again. The front office staff had a hard time scanning my documents to be put in my file, she wasn't loading pages correctly. This place is not worth going to.
