Very disappointed with this place. I asked the gentleman here if he could replace my screen on my broken laptop. He gave me a great quote and I sent him all the information regarding my laptop. It's been 8 days and I have not heard anything from the owner. I called yesterday and left a voicemail and messaged him through the yelp app. No response. I called him today to see what was the status of the order. He seemed confused when looking up my order. He didn't sound sure of the item. It was as if he was barely ordering the part to replace my laptop screen. He could not find the tracking number and says "hmmm, that's weird your order doesn't have a tracking number". He then proceeded to ask me questions about my laptop. It was at this point I realized that he didn't put in my order. I too own a business and I needed this laptop fixed. Very poor customer service. Amador and his team are awesome. I have a not very common Nokia Android phone, 6.1plus and recently had issues with my charging port and camera. I reached out to multiple service providers on Yelp and couldn't find anyone even willing to take a look. Amador not only responded positively but also arranged for the parts to be installed even before I committed (that's awesome!) I got my phone's charging port micro soldered in place and it's been charging great for no cost at all. Will def return again! read more

Do not get your iPhone repaired here, pay the extra money and go to Apple instead. Came here to get the screen replaced on my iPhone XR and was told it would be done within two hours, I happily left thinking I could trust this shop for the job. I come back and everything looks good as new, except for the Face ID feature of my phone, which stopped working. I'm told its a screen issue and that they'll order a new screen to fix it. I come back yet another day to get the screen replaced. Even then with the replacement, of an "Apple Original Screen" that i was told by Amador, the Face ID feature of the phone continues to not function. He tells me to take it to Apple because my phone is defective; that only they can fix it and that they will do it free of charge. ??? I take it to Apple to figure out what the real problem is. I'm told that the depth sensor has been damaged and that it would be an extra charge to repair it. After hearing about this I come to the conclusion that aeIOTek has damaged my Face ID sensors and that compensation for such damage should be given. I go back to the store and I'm told that there is nothing that can be done and that the damage to the sensor was inevitable and out of their control. Nothing was done to compensate for the damage to my phone and a "guaranteed repair" was not given as advertised on their website. read more

I have been to a lot of cellphone repair shops in San Diego and so far I would say that this is the best!! I had a great chat with the owner who I believe is a very down to earth person. He took care of my note 8 that had a couple of spider cracks. I was skeptical at the beginning because he was only charging me $145 out the door. But there was really know catch.
