The hard drives already removed and I finally loaded them in my car and took them to the E-Waste LA. The location is on the corner and you turn into a little alleyway and park. I put my hazards just in case and I walked into the little area where the shop is. I didn't see anyone but the Ring loudly said "hi you are being recorded" and that's when the kind owner came out. I told him what I had and he brought a trolley to my trunk and helped me unload. He sad thank you and then he took them. I didn't have any charge for leaving them. I know if I had hard drives in the computers he would have been able to destroy them in front of me for a small fee each. I read other people's reviews that they were charged for some things they dropped off, I'm not sure what would warrant a fee. At the shop i saw all kinds of things like old tvs laying there. It's nice knowing that this stuff can avoid the landfill and hopefully they can recycle the parts or dispose of them safely.

I clearly told him to proceed with canceling and to send confirmation. I still haven't received anything. Every time I call, they argue and hang up. Be aware before doing business with them.

I took my iphone in to replace a cracked camera lens and an aging battery. As it turned out, Andrew knew he hadn't been able to get the battery to properly configure. He told me he thought it "might be ok anyways," when I talked to him Monday after he let me figure out myself it crashed every 3 to 15 minutes from over heating while they were closed for the weekend. They agreed to order a new battery, but thereafter they could not get any battery, not even my original battery to work again. I had to purchase a new phone. FYI, after there camera lens replacement it no longer focused ("dust they couldn't do anything about," he said, when I let them know it took worse pictures then while it was cracked!). I try to support small businesses, but I'd recommend avoiding this one.
