I'm not one to typically write a bad review but this company is exceptionally bad. We used them for our pool service for over two years. In this time we had to buy the service person a brush because the owner wouldn't, challenge them multiple times when people were not coming to maintain our pool, and even after showing them how they were not fulfilling their commitment to clean our pool - they responded with "looks like we missed that" and provided no course of correction. This is an unorganized and unprofessional outfit. Given the amount of pool companies that service the greater League City area, I highly recommend you avoid this one at all cost. read more

Still finding spots not finished by the pool plaster remodel team. They finally came and finished correcting MOST of the plaster flaws and grouting, two months later. My biggest regret is that I had to have a total meltdown with them by phone, before they came and finished the work. Part of their remodel process should be a weekend checklist with the customer, to make sure the customer is satisfied with the weekly progress. And NEVER leave a job, until the customer has agreed that everything is finished to her or his satisfaction. read more

Aeon Blue is simply amazing. I had blue science for one year and every week I would worry and stress about the pool because my Airbnb clients would complain of cloudy pool or algae or everything under the sun. Dear Aeon, Please stop sending children to work on my pool. It's bad enough that the long-haired, tank-top wearing child you sent out today was climbing up the side of my house, apparently just "playing around" while the other gentleman sat in his truck blocking my driveway on his cellphone, but he also insisted on banging on my windows and calling to my pets throughout the hour your "employees" were present... and while I was trying to have a rather important conversation with my attorney on the phone. After catching the kid climbing on my house and having to ask for further instructions regarding the mess left around the work area, the presumably senior employee chose to confront me with, "You seem like you're annoyed about something?". Yes... Aeon, I'm annoyed with your staff. I'm annoyed with the child climbing up my house and harassing my pets, and your "senior" employee challenging me, the homeowner, for being annoyed. Thanks, but we'll be calling the adults out for our future pool work. read more

Brett with Aeon Pools has been incredible. He has addressed all types of issues with my pool and pool heater. Very accommodating, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I have dealt with other pool companies in the past but now rely strictly on Brett to get the job done! read more

Responding to Aeon's recent comment, Aeon blue never followed up by phone to address my concerns after I let the Aeon guy know I was not pleased with their equipment markup. I have no concerns with the quality of work performed or their timeliness but I would have waited a week to save $200 on a pump. The fact is that the rep told me there would not be a parts markup and obviously there was significant markup. Nearly 30% markup. I also requested a couple other minor repairs that I reminded him of several times but he never completed the work. I'm guessing it was because there wasn't an opportunity for a big profit. I know what happened that day, and the fact that the company is trying to discredit my review instead of trying to communicate with me directly says a lot! read more

Aeon has been cleaning my pool for years, and I couldn't be happier with my clean pool or great customer service....even when my motor had an issue and we got a little algae, they went above and beyond to fix the motor and the algae as quickly as possible.....I think I'm a customer for life read more

just had one of their service trucks almost hit me as they were backing out of a driveway as fast as they could without looking on Tall Pines Dr. in Friendswood. Tried to chase them down but they were driving too fast and there was a piece of equipment blocking the license plate on the back of the truck. Very dangerous! read more

Bret came out twice to work on my pool. He did a filter clean, replaced the spa check valve (twice), replaced a temp sensor and replaced the salt cell. He overcharged me for the salt cell ($699 and I found it online for just over $400) He replaced the check valve TWICE and it still doesn't work. He replaced the temp sensor and that doesn't work. I spent over $1400 and my spa still doesn't work. When I called Breet he offered to refund $50. Really? This company needs to stick with pool cleaning and stay away from installation/repair. read more

Aeon pools did a replaster job and installed a new pool light...unbeknownst to me Aeon hired subcontractors who performed unsatisfactory work and later would not correct all of the mistakes even received a text from Brett stating he did not know what else to do and asked to simply part ways. Currently my pool did not pass city inspection due to the plaster being too dark which was not want I originally picked out and the pool light has gaps in the frame and plaster wall which is not allowed in city or residential pools in addition my decking was removed along with my diving board for Brett and his so call crew to install conduit and run wire which is also out of city code due to depth of conduit to date the decking and diving board was never replaced and they refuse to take ownership to all the mistakes. Do yourself a favor and headache and don't hire this so call pool company. read more

A knowledgeable, polite, competent man came to fix several smallish items related to the filter today. He not only did a great job fixing these items, he also taught me how to maintain it better, and said I could call with any questions any time! I will definitely use them again and am happy to recommend this company to anyone needing pool services. read more
