I even called him Thursday of last week and no answer. I waited a week before posting to be fair. Just incase there was an emergency that came up and the reason why I did not get a response. It is unprofessional to not receive a response when a customer is trying to get a hold of a business. I could have at least gotten that. Our experience with ABC Pools since Bryan sold the company to Aquamaid has been extremely disappointing. We've encountered consistent incompetence in the office, inaccurate billing, mismanagement of our account, and unexpected fees and charges for "repairs" that we never needed with other pool companies. Despite providing both a receipt and video proof of payment, we still receive collection notices. Both Cherri Roach and the manager, John Saunders, have been unprofessional and unhelpful in resolving these issues. If you're in the Mansfield/Arlington area, I strongly recommend seeking another pool service. Buyer beware, there are plenty of other companies. Additionally, Aquamaid is currently listed as "involuntarily ended" with the Texas Secretary of State. While I do not intend to speculate on the implications of the status, it does raise legitimate concerns about this business. read more

I would absolutely recommend Freedom Pool service and I will definitely call him again when my parents are out of town because clearly I am not a very good house sitter! :)

Two of my friends have been using them for many years and even one of my former neighbors used them for a long time till they moved out of Houston. The pool areas always look like paradise after these guys are through working.
