Each room has a large one-wall mirror and ample spacing between apparatuses. Each room has mood lighting, fans, and a sound system. The instructors are lovely, positive, and helpful. Class options are varied enough for the 2-3 class times on weekday evenings and several class times on weekends. They have beginner classes and more intermediate/advanced offerings. Classes are generally 60 minutes long and include fun offerings like floorwork, flow, heels, sling, aerial pole, lyra, basework, flex, spin, tricks, etc.

I didn't feel very welcomed and would honestly give that part an F. One of the instructors who was taking the class interacted with me more than the instructor actually leading it. I was also the last person to have my height adjusted--after everyone else had already been helped and was already set--which made me feel like I wasn't a priority. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just equal attention and opportunity. That said, I really did enjoy the workout itself. With a more inclusive and attentive approach, this place could be a fantastic experience.

They usually have one large production each year and classes are consistent throughout. The performances are a one of a kind show. They usually involve aerial silk dancers 50-200' in the air, dancers on harnesses, and sometimes dancers coming down by zip lines! The shows are quite a sight. The classes move at a great pace for both dancers and non dancers alike. No experience needed for beginners (level 1)! The courses are a fantastic way to build upper body strength and learn the art of silks. The instructors will start off with the basics and safety as you learn to "lock" into the silks to perform your first few moves (few feet up at first and moving towards flips and drops after some experience)! Overall, they put your safety and learning first so you can build a foundation to grow from. Try their 6 weeks course or reach out for a fun unique birthday party! My arms were super toned after my first series. Full disclosure, I have a dance background but not everyone did. It was about 50/50! Parking is super easy. It's kind of a narrow and enclosed small space, and decorated in a really cozy way that does not feel like it's in a strip mall at all. Makes you feel safe. It's usually quite warm due to the heat panels from hot yoga, so I've been sitting out the hottest months. The owner, Ying, is so incredibly patient and helpful if you ever need anything. She sends very detailed and cheerful email responses anytime you contact her. She also operates a second studio in Anderson Lane for Pilates.
