Pilates 360 is in a strange location at Bee Caves and Westbank in the back of an office park. It's definitely worth searching it out. What makes a good pilates studio is the quality of the equipment, the instructors, and the availability of schedule spots. Pilates 360 does a good job of providing all three. I was having sciatica (sp?) problems, lower back problems, and I couldn't lift my left leg high enough to cross at the knees when I started. I'm now running, no back problems, and losing weight. I'm fortunate that my trainer is hilarious to work out with so my training sessions are something that I look forward to, not dread. Pricing is reasonable and they have discounts on session packages. Well worth checking out.

Bea takes care to consider everyone's injuries, aches, and pains and provide modifications appropriately. · The class provides an oasis of calm in the work day and work week.
