A reputable shop should release your vehicle and provide a written estimate without extortion tactics. If you're dealing with an insurance claim, go somewhere else that respects your rights and communicates honestly.

Now it's all about money and their "$2 million shop". I declined an oil change and annual service on my latest repairs so they sent me home with a bike that has an electrical problem I cannot resolve and won't start. They didn't even check if the bike is rideable and just gave it back to me. I'm stuck with dead bike. I know it's their fault because I had this bike in great mechanical condition, in storage. It was brought to them and they flushed the gas tank and now I have a pinched or frayed wire somewhere under the tank that causes my bike to not be able to start. Completely their fault and they wouldn't admit it. They're now doing shady business: They'll tell you they will do an appraisal for $180 and you can pick and choose what you want done/repaired. I chose not to do the power wash. They said that was mandatory because the bike was too dirty? So why was it offered as an optional service initially? Shady, greedy.

Everyone I encountered at GBMS was fantastic, from the person who answered the phone initially to the techs I chatted with on my way out. But Jimmy specifically went above and beyond searching the whole place until he finally came up with exactly what I needed, plus was super professional, knowledgable, and just friendly in general (even to my dog!). He graciously let me sit on a few of the different models and we spoke about the couple bikes I have in the garage as possible trade ins. He even gave me a guesstimate on what they would be worth. He actually offered me discounts from the factory without me even inquiring which I found refreshing and then after he told me about the discounts from the factory it was also an incentive of 2000 extra dollars for parts and accessories so a total of $3000 discount which is pretty fabulous when the sticker is $18,499. He was extremely patient answered all my questions showed me some of the accessories that were available on the program and even interchangeable wheels tires and seats. If I choose to purchase an Indian motorcycle I will definitely have Dennis help me with that now the question is do I trade in my Harley Davidson for an Indian??? I'll have to give it some thought and a little bit more research maybe take a test drive but I would definitely suggest anyone looking for an Indian motorcycle a Polaris or a victory to head on over to Mom's on Broadway Revere see Dennis tell him Dave Romanow sent you.

My experience with Middlesex Power Sports / Old Outboard Marina or what ever else Mario is calling himself now, was exactly the same as other reviews you will find on the web if not worse. Mario had my boat for no less than...wait for it...4 1/2 years (not months, years). During which time I stopped in many many times to check on its status. I had to stop in as Mario does not take or return calls. In fact most of the time you can't even leave a message as his message are full. Twice when I visited I found he had been evicted from his place and the boat along with most everything else was gone. Tracking him down to his new location was both time consuming and as anxiety packed as you can imagine. At one point he did have it finished (although not tested) and was delivering it too me only to have the back engine cover fly off on rt 495. Mario did not lock the cover down and it was caught by the wind and flew off. This was a truly rookie mistake that could have easily killed someone. This is a much longer story than I have time to write here but after all the pain, anguish and time, Mario ended stiffing me for $200....sigh. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BOAT HERE AND ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UP FRONT!

WARNING: This Dealership Sells Lemons & Blames You For It…read more I bought a car here a few months ago and put down a large sum of money. Within weeks, the car started having issues. I reached out to the owner immediately after, hoping for help. Instead, I got a rude, combative response and was blamed for the problems -- even though I had just bought the car. I recently took it to a certified BMW dealership, and they confirmed what I already knew: the car had serious issues that were never disclosed. I have the full inspection report AND video proof to back this up. This dealership: Takes your money Sells you damaged cars Blames you when things go wrong Refuses to help or take accountability They knew what they were doing -- and they chose to lie instead of do right. BOTTOM LINE: Don't trust this place. Don't waste your money. I've got the receipts, and I'm warning others before it happens to you.

If it still shakes bring it back we'll take care of it" When we called them two weeks later to tell them "Hey we're still having this issue" They said "Well you need to drive it hundreds of miles and the problems will go away" ummmm GTFOTH!!! No one is driving a car that steering shakes when you're breaking hundreds miles. So this week we bring the car back, they claim "it's only money, I'll take care of it. I want you to be comfortable" Well wouldn't you know they called us back after they hand over the car to us talking bout "we need to pay them for the labor" Excuse me? They lied and told us "we took car of everything, new tires, new brakes etc" So why if you took care of everything we're still having this problem? We've had this car two weeks! We are under warranty for the car!!! There should absolutely be NO COST!!! None! ****UPDATE**** So these guys did attempt to make amends. The deductible was not charged and they did fix the issue with the car. It's been a few weeks and the car drives well. They even called to check up on us. Could have been a misunderstanding or miscommunication but still. I stand by my first claim. Don't buy nothing from here. Since we've gotten the car we've had to things just fall off, side mirror fell off while nobody was driving touching doing a thing to the car. Now the review mirror just fell off while I was driving it. You can clearly see they used glue to repair it. Just don't man ... save yourself the trouble.

I'm hoping to ride this baby off of the lot today :) Also plan to handle registration & inspection myself (I am trying to upgrade from a Honda 250 to this Honda 600). So far, I've primarily dealt with Ellen at the front desk. First over the phone, and then in person. She has been very kind and helpful, and has been able to secure and offer me a good deal. Perhaps if I'm handling the registration & inspection myself I might be able to receive a further price deduction... or perhaps a voucher for their riding school instead? Who knows? Couldn't hurt to ask :) I'm a new rider and have my permit, and have been riding my little Honda Rebel CMX250 with some confidence for some time now. Not a great highway bike though. Took her on a couple times anyways. As a person who is always running late for everything, the power and ability to take the highway if I want or need to will be invaluable. Getting ready to head back over to the dealership. (I was also there last night.) Hopefully we can close and I can ride her off the lot today! My first purchase was private sale and ended up being more of a project bike than I had time or money for. I'm hoping this bike will be ready to go with no issues for the foreseeable future!
