I entrusted them with this scooter twice (April & June 2025), and both times were an absolute nightmare. Poor communication, negligent work, and alarming safety issues from start to finish. The shop held the scooter for weeks, never called with updates, and I had to show up in person just to get any answers. When I finally picked it up, it ran dangerously--revs spiked, the engine overheated, a part fell off during a test ride, and the choke was removed from the brand-new carb. The mechanic test-rode it aggressively, which caused catastrophic internal damage: the variator and rollers exploded, ripping the oil seal and CVT port, leaving a hole that now leaks oil continuously. The $95 deposit I paid wasn't deducted from the April bill. I was also charged $125 for "3rd-party" delivery--but they delivered it themselves in an Xtreme Toyz van. Upon inspecting the scooter, I found: A drywall screw in the CVT case Missing parts: taillight cover, gold cylinder head, ProBuild throttle cable, stator Oil leaks, stripped bolts, improper screws Throttle cable 25" too long, broken oil catch can, missing taillight cover Chopped-up wiring harness, scratched body, gasket not replaced The scooter was 100% functional before dropping it off. Now it's unsafe, leaking oil, and will require a new engine. I was charged nearly $1,400.00 in labor alone--and told never to return. Avoid this place at all costs!

Martin at the service desk kept me in the loop every step of the way. Dana, the service tech, spent hours diagnosing and getting to the root cause of the issue and provided a full detailed report on troubleshooting steps and what was found to be in great shape as well as what was wrong. However, upon entering the building we were greeted warmly by John Desrochers and Michael Quigley. Both of them quickly put my preconceived experience to rest. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Honda, wasn't pushy at any time and I actually enjoyed negotiating with him. He took his time explaining some of the cars features and never hurried our test drive.
