Apparently they think I should see an expensive specialist every 6 months in order to get supplies despite having a different company without a doctor's visit for 6 years straight. Finally a manager told me rudely I had been told from the beginning (it was in the notes so it must be true) that I needed to see the original doctor I saw and they would accept no other info including insurance co. authorization paperwork. How in the hell could I have so many emails telling me I needed different stuff each time when, silly me, I was told 3 months ago what was needed! Rudest most dumb supervisor on the planet. Avoid this idiotic company!

Store felt run down and not clean. Needed nail polish remover and hoping to find a new color. Terrible nail polish selection and what they had appeared outdated. One color from Essie had color of the year 2014. 2014? It is 2018! Grabbed a nail polish remover and when I got back to the hotel to take off my nail polish - to my surprise the bottle was opened and about 1/4 used! I did not notice this while grabbing the bottle but I guess I should have checked. Cannot really blame CVS for this but geesh, so ridiculous. Cashier was friendly but not all that efficient. Upon going to the window they ask for all my info, it's given along with my insurance card. They start inputting that and come back telling me my birth date or something is wrong with my insurance and I'll have to pay out of pocket if I want it. I ask what DOB they are using and verify, the man asks again changing my year l. I said no, here's my driver's license to verify. He then says we'll it's not our problem it's yours. Hands me back my things and closes the window. I call my insurance company and after speaking to them I find the prescription wasn't covered and that's why I have to pay out of pocket. Why couldn't they simply say that? I don't want to pay for a $54 antibiotic out of pocket but will if I have to. They simply could say, just like my normal pharmacy would, it's not covered!
