This for a piece of crap machine I already sent back to them months ago! Then when I called them, they had no clue what was going on. They kept asking me for the exact date and time they picked it up. Really?! I was too busy staying alive to think about doing their job for them! So today, they called again "on a recorded line." Like I'm supposed to start quaking in fear over their "recorded line" when they're the ones in the wrong. This time they said "oh, we're not the supplier. We just want your updated insurance information," which is none of their business because I have no service with them and will never, ever use them again! They're so disorganized that they can't keep track of your own equipment and then decide to harass ex-customers instead. Do NOT go anywhere near this company if you value your sanity.
