I'm posting this review after multiple sessions at this spa. I went for a consultation for laser…read morehair removal and everything sounded so perfect. The person was nice and knowledgeable and explained everything. After 1 session, I noticed results. I went back and another great session. I found out that this person was no longer working there but I still went back for another session. This new person changed the settings and told me to tell them how it is the next time. I didn't notice much results. Then I try to schedule another session and learned that they are only doing laser hair removal on Wednesdays. I couldn't go and had to pause. I eventually called and learned that they have someone full time. I scheduled an appt and went back. It was another new person. I guess she got double booked and was trying to rush me. She even started the laser session without giving me the goggles. Again, she messed with the settings. Not only that, but as I'm going to pay, I learned that the price doubled! I haven't returned since and will probably look to start a new experience elsewhere. Just sucks the money I wasted in this place. It's not cheap getting laser hair removal and some of us can't afford to throw a few hundred to get no results because of new staff or being double booked.

The whole staff is amazing Giseli, Amy, and Sandra. If a customer writes a negative review about this business is because they they are a high maintenance, self important, rude person that thinks they are allowed to treat people bad because they are the customer. Thank you for being so amazing! I have been coming here for years and I will continue to come for years to come.

Keturah is the BOMB. I have wanted dermaplane brows for years but was too scared to get them after…read morea bad experience left my mom (very fair skin and white hair) with permanent angry black brows. But since I have low thyroid the outer third of my eyebrows are nonexistent and I can never make them look right with any kind of brow pencil or gel or what have you. Keturah talks you through every step of the process and makes sure you are completely comfortable with everything she's doing before she does it. The whole process was easy and they healed beautifully to a natural looking result and now I can walk out of the house without make-up and not have to worry about my dumb brows because I wake up with them looking great! Totally recommend!

Look, I know this whole COVID mess has screwed up everyone's lives....and livelihoods, but holy…read moreheck, if I could give zero stars for the interaction I've just had with the owner Emily at Brow Fox, I surely would. Last month when we were in the middle of the first shut down I literally stopped at the salon and called from the parking lot in an effort to avoid any unnecessary exposure to Emily, her employees, and other clients. I could see people in the business moving about, but no one bothered to answer the telephone. This should've been my first indicator that things were not legit here. But because I have visited the salon before and had a great experience with one of her contractors, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went ahead and walked in to see if I could make a future appointment. Emily herself finally came to the counter and explained she was in the middle of eating lunch and there is no possible way she could take me that day. Again, I hadn't asked her to take me *that day*, I was simply trying to make a future appointment. She advised she had zero availability for at least the next 6 to 7 weeks. I agreed to accept her first available appointment and kindly asked her to please place me on a waiting list in case anything freed up before then. Then I asked about her availability to touch up the micro blade on my brows at a later date (a $300+ service). Suddenly she had availability three weeks out. Of course I took the appointment and was anxious to have my COVID Frau unibrow whipped back into shape. Skip ahead to yesterday when I received not one, not two, but three request to confirm my appointment for today via email and text nearly back to back. I responded to all three as requested immediately. A few hours later I received an email stating she was shutting the shop down down due to state guidelines. Unfortunately, her email message was not 100% clear and I wanted to make certain I wouldn't miss my appointment which appeared from her email would be one of the last completed before her shut down. I did not want to stand her up, and I also did not want to violate her policy and be charged for an appointment I missed due to any misunderstanding and her communications (she has my card # on file). I emailed through her site but got no response. At 7:30 this morning I received a fourth request to confirm my appointment via email. I immediately called to leave a message at the shop as it appeared her messaging system was having problems. Imagine my surprise when she answered her phone at 7:30 AM! I attempted to explain my reason for calling only to be cut off, interrupted, and barked at in a nasty, unprofessional manner. This was followed by the line going dead, so due to her attitude, I assumed she had hung up on me. Rather than call her back, I simply emailed her just her asking she remove me from her client list permanently. Below is her email response to me along with my reply received this afternoon. I'm also including screen captures in case anybody wants to call into question the validity of her response. While I understand we are all on edge due to the extreme stress and pressure COVID-19 has placed everyone under, her behavior was completely inappropriate and unwarranted considering the situation. I will no longer do business with this woman, and strongly suggest anyone interested in her services continue looking for someone who can manage their behavior and communications in a professional manner instead of lashing out and behaving as if they are the only person in the world who has been affected by this pandemic. I wish you the best of luck Emily, you're going to need it with your poor attitude :-( PLEASE SEE THE SCREEN CAPTURES OF EMILYS UNWARRANTED EMAIL TO ME IN THE ATTACHED PHOTOS

We both said they were probably the best ever! The facility is just beautiful it's nice walking through the gorgeous hotel too. I loved the sauna especially, I wish I could have a pass to use the facilities cause I'd be in the sauna every day if I could. The salt rocks inside the sauna make it so relaxing, and the showers and amenities everywhere were just pristine. The lounge/waiting room was calming, the robes were so soft and cozy, and the yummy tea after was perfect. We also used the hotel pool and jacuzzi afterwards, next time we might stick around and try piadina. All in all beautiful, perfect experience and a great birthday treat. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Danielle and CJ.

I had a prenatal massage scheduled but unexpectedly went into labor the morning of my appointment…read more I called just a few hours after giving birth to let them know I couldn't make it, then spent the next 10 days calling four times to speak with the manager, only to receive an email reiterating the cancellation policy. I understand businesses need policies, but I was disappointed there was no effort to offer any reasonable accommodation--such as a future credit or discount--for a circumstance completely outside of my control. As a local customer, what disappointed me most wasn't the policy itself but the lack of compassion, communication, and customer service during such a significant life event. If you cater to late-term prenatal clients, it's worth considering a policy that recognizes spontaneous labor can happen. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this business based on how this situation was handled. Update: While the manager is standing by their cancellation policy, they acknowledged that late-term prenatal appointments are a unique circumstance and shared that they're reconsidering whether a separate policy should exist for situations like unexpected labor. They offered me a $120 spa credit as a goodwill gesture (with the original cost of my charged prenatal massage service being $240) I appreciate that they took the time to listen, reflect on my feedback, and make an effort to address my concerns. While I still believe there is room for improvement in how these situations are handled and the offer to make it right, I'm grateful my experience may help create a more compassionate approach for future prenatal clients.
