Lindsay is as good as you'll find! I've been seeing her for about 2 years now and would never consider letting anyone else touch my skin or eyebrows! She gives the best facials with the finest products. She is so knowledgeable about skin and knows exactly what type of facial, mask, peel or type of product your face needs. What I love about her is she actually explains what is going on with your skin and why it's dry or why I might be breaking out in acne and how skin actually works. For someone who has struggled with bad skin for the majority of my life and has seen dermatologists and many professionals - I've never actually been educated about my skin - only given prescriptions and expensive products. Lindsay never tries to sell me products and I trust her opinion without blinking an eye. Let me tell you, finding Lindsay was a dream come true! I had had a couple of lash sets before. Lindsay was the first to understand my goals and work with my straight, slightly down turned lashes to give me that super curled wispy look. Now all I have to do to get ready is brush my lashes and go! Is it too soon to throw out my mascara? On top of all that Lindsay is a total sweetheart. She answered all my questions and even ran outside for me in the middle of the appointment to check on my dog. The salon was under construction but what is finished is stylish and oh so comfortable. Ashley is by far the best lash artist I've ever been to! My eyelash extensions always look amazing and they last so much better than when I've had them done by other people. She is super fast too, which is perfect for my busy schedule. She's always on time and I just adore her personality. I used to drive 45 minutes to see her when she was working in Arroyo Grande so it's even better now that she has moved to this adorable spa in SLO and I don't have to drive as far. Lindsay is a warm, kind, and efficient professional who made thoughtful recommendations based on my skin type and concerns. My 13 y/o daughter has been begging me to take her to have her brows cleaned up by a professional. I saw something on IG about there being openings for walk-ins today, so we thought," what the heck, let's go for it!". It was a fantastic experience, Lindsay made my daughter feel very comfortable, did an amazing ( and natural looking) job on her brows and even showed her how to apply a bit of pencil to fill in. The BEST for Hair removal! Truly an expert in her field. I had Lindsay do a full leg wax on me and was very surprised at how much it DIDN'T hurt like I thought it might. She is professional, thorough and makes you feel very comfortable when in her care. I have now had 4 appointments at Spa Collective and couldn't be happier! I had microblading done on my eyebrows and also a full set of lashes and a fill a couple of weeks after the initial appointment. The spa is lovely, clean and welcoming.
