I went here for 1yr with no issues pre covid. Then he got comfortable I guess. After getting vaccinated I went back. I unexpectedly got my period while in the table, and he grabbed a tampton he had on the counter with other feminine hygiene products. I thought he would hand it to me and get out. No, he proceeded to open it and try to insert the tampon HIMSELF INTO MY VAGINA. I was shocked but managed to put my hand in the way. I thought, ok he will get out. Nope. Stared at me until I had no choice but to insert the tampon into my vagina as he watched. I was scared (hes a bug guy) to run or say anything. I was nearly done already. I paid in silence and bever went back. Wish i had called the police. ALSO there used to be more bad reviews where women said he is *undressing them himself* instead of them doing it which is standard. I never went back and I suggest no one go here. I have very sensitive skin and have a really low pain tolerance and he is the best person to go to if you are like me. How do I start? I found Eli through Yelp, and I've been seeing him for over a year now. The work he does is amazing. He is THE best waxer in Fresno. I constantly see groupon's and deals for brazilians in Fresno that may be a little cheaper than Eli but it doesn't matter because Eli is the only person I trust to give me a full, CLEAN wax. (Eli can easily charge double for the quality of work he does but the fact that he keeps it at the price he does is another reason why he is the best waxer in Fresno, but even if he were to raise his prices I would keep seeing him). I was also surprised by the fact that I didn't feel as much pain as I expected. I realized that this is because a good waxer knows what they're doing. I got the $25 facial and I knew I couldn't expect to much for the price but when I left the place my skin felt so raw, used baby wipes to scrub off mask. Put a peel on and the neutralizer got all over my neck and wet my shirt. Extractions were done without opening the pores first. Now don't get me wrong, Eli was very sweet and professional. Greeted me with a warm smile and was very thorough and explained everything to ease my nerves for my first time. He also talked to me through the process in order to help keep my mind off things.
