After calling and checking availability I was able to get me and my 4 year old son in for a cleaning the following week. It's in a super convenient location with off street parking. My son immediately fell in love with the fish tank, while I continued check in and they even introduced him to their two therapy dogs, which are whippets called Sage and Echo. It's a nicely decorated office, and the exam rooms were clean, extra bonus for having TVs on the ceiling with access to Netflix. I honestly don't think my son even realized he was there for anything besides watching a show lol. The entire staff were amazingly accommodating, and I loved the fact that they were attentive to my son, and kept him busy during my cleaning. Needless to say, we've already booked our six month appointment and my son is already telling me what he will pick from the prize box after that visit!

The quality of care is inconsistent as there seems to be a high turnover rate for their staff, but…read morethat may just be the nature of the business. Would recommend for adults but not kids -- their pediatric dentist has extremely limited hours and often canceled appointments. I moved my sons to a different dentist that accommodated afternoon appointments outside of school hours, which was impossible at this location. I wish their hours were more accommodating for working families.

Dr. Biondo has been our family dentist for over 5 years. She's done a great job on my issues…read more(fillings, crown) and also been wonderful with our kids. My son in particular has a few sensory issues, and hated his last dentist (ironically a pediatric dentist) so much he still comments whenever we drive past that office. He has never objected to going to see Dr. Biondo, even when he needed a filling. I started seeing her when my prior dentist suddenly recommended that I get all my back teeth crowned. In addition to doing good work, she does not overtreat. The turnover of hygenists and office staff has been almost none in the last five years. I appreciate seeing the same people, and also appreciate that the office is well-run. I've never been part of a practice with such low turnover and I think it makes a big difference in patient care.

I had a completely enjoyable time and how many people say that about going to the dentist ?. Mary Anne, Jenna, and Dr. McCarthy were all super nice, informative and helpful. Thankfully I didn't have many issues even though it had been a while since going to the dentist, but I will definitely go back for regular cleanings and when other issues need to be fixed. I didn't get oversold on anything either, which is important to me as my last dentist was too much in that area. Thank you for making my first encounter so pleasant.

Excellent in EVERY way!…read more Yesterday, I fractured my front tooth. I called Dr. McCarthy's office and was offered an 8:15am appointment today. I live about 10 minutes away from the office, so I left with time to spare. I did not realize that I would encounter a detour that resulted in me being 20 minutes late for my appointment. I called ahead to alert the office and received a warm greeting; "That is fine, I will let the doctor know." I went to the appointment and I no more than sat in my chair when I was called back. As I walked to the treatment room, several employees said hello and called me by name. (Grant it I'm not a frequent flyer at the office, I normally show up every six months.) I sat in the chair and within a minute Dr. McCarthy came in with a smile to say hello and asked how my husband was doing. (My husband is also a patient.) Dr. McCarthy went straight to the procedure and within 15 minutes, I was finished. He explained what he had done and what to expect, but he also went on to say that we have patched the tooth before and we may want to consider a more long term solution. He offered to go ahead with impressions so if I decided to move forward with the long term solution, I would not have to come back to the office. As I was leaving, his wife (who is also a dentist at the practice) yelled goodbye down the hallway and called me by name. From start to finish, I felt that I was part of a family. They made me feel welcome, no matter if I was late for the appointment. Everyone from start to finish made me feel that I was the most important part of their day. Every office should strive for this type of customer service. I have nothing but great things to say this office and highly recommend them.

We immediately bonded over dogs! One of my temporary crowns is a bridge and it was coming off occasionally. The teeth in that area were very sensitive and Mary Ellen was very careful not to cause me pain, and she advised me on some dental habits I could use to ensure my teeth and gums stay healthy. Dr. Devany (?spelling) and Mel (?) came in to recement my temporary and they were kind, funny, and caring. While going to the dentist is certainly not my favorite activity, everyone who works there is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Plus they all love dogs! What could be better?

The receptionists were all friendly and helpful, the exterior and interior of the building were well kept and professional. I could tell the building was new, and I also appreciated all the extra sanitary steps they took due to Covid. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area. Price wise, it's a bit on the high end, but it makes sense when you see the quality of the office and technology.
