How do I give this place zero stars? I found them online as I was looking for a place for tongue…read moreties for my newborn. I called and they said they had a cancellation two days later if I could make that appointment. I took that appointment. When I arrived at the office two days later, they told me I could not be seen and that they left me a voicemail about needing a referral, which I don't need under my insurance. I confirmed they could not see my newborn and left with my screaming newborn. They were insistent on having left me voicemails, but when they read my cell phone number back to me, they had the wrong number on file, so someone else received the voicemails. Perhaps they should confirm contact details. To continuously insist they had left me a voicemail in a rude tone when I had told them I didn't was very frustrating. Do they really think I would get a cancellation voicemail and then cart my screaming newborn to their office for the fun of it? Pretty annoying when you help out by taking a cancellation and they don't have their ducks in a row as to what is needed for an appointment and then they leave a voicemail on the wrong number and you've carted your newborn around for no reason. Super unprofessional, and frankly, the ladies at the front desk were super rude instead of apologetic since they had messed up. I will not be going back here as they are clearly incompetent and recommend you look elsewhere as well. If this is how they treat a prospective new client, how would they treat you once you're actually a client? I don't want to find out.

She did a very thorough job, was very gentle, and was able to get a diagnosis that the doctor we had seen the day before missed and should have caught. Thank you Dr. Morgan!

We were caught off guard, as traumatic, and were given a hasty explanation when it occurred. The follow-up communication was poor and at times argumentative. We switched providers for all our children after this experience and are still dealing with the aftermath. This was not the first negative experience with this practice. We should have switched earlier. Dr Morgan also told us on two occasions "that this has never happened in my career". Read the reviews here on google and on Yelp, and you will see a clear pattern of behavior. We rarely give reviews or complain, but we felt compelled after our experience.

Be aware when you are dealing with these people…read more I had been going here for years with no real issue. Recently I ended up in a back and forth over whether or not my child was allowed to have an afternoon appointment. This had never been an issue before but he used to be scared and need me to sit with him. Early on I had to restrain himbut the last couple of times he was fine with me just sitting with him. At his last appointment they had him sit in the chair alone for a while and he did great. So imagine my surprise when I got a call saying they could no longer do an afternoon because he had difficulties. I am unable to do mornings so this was a big issue. I finally told them I would just go elsewhere. They worked it out with me in the end but only after some back and forth. Today I got notified of a $200 charge on my card that they had self authorized. From my appointment in June. When I called they said they had sent me email notifications for their portal which I did not receive. So, instead of calling me they just charged my card. And then they had the nerve to argue it with me. By allowing them to keep the card on file I had somehow authorized them to charge it as needed? Absurd. (When pressed they gave me a quick breakdown of what was not covered by insurance but I had to call the insurance comapny to find out details.) And the whole time I got the "polite" but you are the one in the wrong attitude. Needless to say that I am done. In a general sense the people/dentists here are nice. I really just can't deal with how they run the business though. I just spent my whole lunch break today figuring this issue out.

I recently took two young children to Dr. Lindi for their first dentist appointment and cannot find…read moreenough superlatives to describe the experience! The appointments involved cleaning and x-rays, and a second appointment involved fillings. Dr. Lindi's skills and technique were superb. Everything from the comfortable chairs for the children to the cleaning and drill equipment were state of the art. Her use of calming aids and mastery of the equipment made fillings a painless experience. In addition to her technical skills, her bedside (chairside?) manner was soothing, calming, and reassuring. During the entire appointment, she spoke softly to the children, encouraging them, and telling them how good and special they were. At our first visit, there was time for only one of the children to be seen, and the second child was almost in tears because he didn't get his exam that day! The wide selection of videos during treatment provides entertainment. Now they both like to go to the dentist! Her combination of technical expertise and empathetic manner should be a model for all medical personnel. The long-term benefit is that, as children, they are made to feel special and are encouraged to care for their teeth. Being Dr. Lindi's patient as a child increases the likelihood that, as an adult, that person will appreciate the importance of lifetime dental care, because they are worth it. I should also mention that every person in the office, from the receptionist, to office personnel, to hygienists, to dental assistants, were professional and followed the same high standards as Dr. Lindi. Thank you, Dr. Lindi and staff.

I'm so happy we brought my almost 2-year-old here for his first dental check up and cleaning. It…read morewas a fun experience for him and left his teeth sparkling clean. We hyped up the idea of going to the dentist, starting a couple weeks before the visit, and telling him that brushing his teeth at home was the way he'd end up getting a balloon at the dentist's office. The waiting room is filled with exactly the kinds of toys he loves, so he was instantly happy to be there. The dental hygenist was very friendly and sweet, helping him settle in to the big chair while explaining to us some basic concepts of healthy diet and how it affects teeth. We don't have a TV and don't allow screens but they brilliantly have a projector above the chair - so I'm not sure if this would be as enchanting for a kid who is used to TV but for our son, he was fascinated. It distracted him enough throughout the visit so there was no fuss, no resistance...full cooperation as his teeth were counted. The dentist and hygienist both sing as they're doing different procedures. They let him feel the electronic tooth polisher on his finger before polishing his teeth. I'm so glad we started him early and hope we can continue to keep on top of his dental hygiene. I highly recommend you bring your young child(ren) here.
