BEWARE!!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT HYGENIC AT ALL I am extremely upset and concerned after my experience here. Not only was the service disappointing, but it has now turned into a health issue. After my visit, I developed an issue on my right toe, which is completely unacceptable and honestly alarming. From what I observed during my appointment, hygiene practices were not being followed properly. I personally saw tools being reused on multiple clients without being properly sanitized, despite the fact that they clearly have sanitation machines available. That alone is a serious violation and puts customers at risk. When I brought this issue up, the man at the front with the thick eyebrows did absolutely nothing to help. There was no concern, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the situation. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering the severity of what happened. Because of this, I will be reporting this salon to the Board of Cosmetology. No one should have to worry about infections or unsafe practices when getting something as routine as a nail service. Please be careful if you are considering coming here. Your health and safety should always come first, and based on my experience, this place does not meet those standards. read more

Unfortunately i was told by a couple of friends of mine that this place has gotten expensive each month they change their prices. My friends have started to go to different nail salons for this particular reason. I love the staff here but their prices are ridiculous they charged $96 for a mani pedi French tip gel, plus their tip for two staff.... there's plenty of more places that one the location is at a better place also is much cleaner from the inside. Not only that but the place itself is just bad looking for what they're charging. So upsetting, my family and I will definitely not be coming back at all. read more

I've been treated to pedicures from Andy on two occasions and let me tell you this guy is super detailed and takes pride in his work. I called this place as a last minute on the go option. I was in the area and they were available immediately so I decided to give them a try. I was immediately sat down and I made it clear from the start I wanted a regular pedicure (no gel). The lady started to work on my toes when she started adding a sugar scrub. When she brought out the gel lamp I immediately stopped her and told her that I had requested a regular pedicure. She seemed slightly upset and told me she still has to charge me for the sugar scrub.... I was like okay whatever. She finished my toes and I got up to pay. From the start I asked if I could pay with my card and the gentleman upfront said yes, they charge a dollar more. I agreed and I payed 34$ for regular pedicure when I was first told 28$ but all because of the sugar scrub they added an additional 5$ and the extra dollar for the card use. I think they should have at least waived the 5$ only because it's my first time there, I thought it was part of the regular pedicure, and I told them before I sat down I wanted a regular pedicure. I didn't know any better. Anyways, she seemed upset and when I payed I promise you I thought I could tip on the receipt and I looked at her and I asked if could at least zelle her a tip since I truly had no cash on me and it was last minute. She rudely with her hand waived me to leave and as bad as I felt for not having cash on me, I did feel that it was unprofessional how she handled it. I do like this place and certain people like Mari do a good job but I have to say this visit was the second no the third worst nail experience I have ever had in all my 40 years of getting my nails done.​ I am a pretty easy person so when I went to get my nails done and the man who was doing them pretended to listen by shaking his head and saying yes everytime but then I found out he had head phones in after instructing him 3 time on what to do with my toes he totally did the opposite. I keep my big toe long always with a design and this person totaly not only cut it after I said not too but broke it and it couldn't be saved so it's now short and on top of that all the other toes I said cut he left long rrrr... I stoped him cause he was making me uncomfortable by acting like he was scared and crap to do my feet. So after he completly ignored my request I knew there was no way this person would do what I asked for my feet. If it wasn't for Mari I would give them no stars but she corrected his mistake as much as she could but unfortunantly I still paid 61 Dollars and I was only happy with the design and polish nothing else. Sooo I decided to try this place out given that it's next to my fave panaderia right next door and I desperately needed a manicure. Service was okay, place didn't look sanitary which weirded me out but hey you get what you pay for right? Upon sitting down the young man proceeds to work on my nails but unfortunately ends up cutting me not once but twice b2b (I'm sure you know how bad those cuticle cuts are) I'm kinda bleeding from one but I don't say anything because I try to tough it out but now I'm left with two cuts and have to be careful when showering or cooking because it FUCKING STINGS...and the nail shape ended up looking like an off square kinda like those duck nails. I used to go here with my best friend all the time but I noticed that when going here something was different. After getting a fill or a full set done, my cuticles would get very itchy and bumpy (see picture below). After a while of them being itchy, the skin would begin to peel off. Because of that, I started going to a new place (a bit more pricier BUT SAFER) and I asked about the reaction I had because it worried me. She said it was because 1: their equipment and tools weren't sterilized and 2: they were using harsh chemicals that could lead to your nails falling off. So despite the beautiful work they do for a cheap price, I do not recommend this place. You truly get what you pay for. read more

Giving a 3 star rating this time. (Previously I rated it 5 stars) I got a new girl there, #6... The final result is nice. No issues as far as unevenness or sloppy work . The issues I had with her was that she cut my cuticles about 3-4 times, on top of that she took about an hour and a half to do a regular refill and 1 nail color.. normally I'm out of there within an hour. I'll choose girl at #5 next time since she is the one that I hear most people wait for . I'm all for new people but just be careful with my cuticles next time and don't be so timid (that's why she took so long, she was shy and nervous) Also by the way Philip please have your employees disinfect their tools !! This girl had her drill tools in a medicine bottle .. when she was done with one she would put it back in the same medicine bottle.. disinfect your tools between customers!!! I read a story that said a woman got HIV due to a manicure.. this happened because they didn't sterilize their tools!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW: I also had the same experience with Phillip that many people seem to have with his attitude on Thursday. The minute I sat down he was extremely rude and kept grabbing my fingers harshly. When i asked him if he was having a bad day he started to be even more rude. Phillip, you really need to learn how to treat customers. We are the ones legit PAYING you. I'm also never coming back. I didn't even tip which I'm sure he should have expected with the way he disrespected me. My first time coming in and it was a superb visit. I was greeted right when I entered- a pedi and a fill- and they seated me right away. The woman who did my toes was very polite and accommodating. She asked if the water temp was okay and set up my seat to my comfort. She cleaned my cuticles so well and took her time. Toes turned out great. Philip did my nails and did such a great job. He already knew what I wanted and did the fill just the way I liked it- clean, even, and a thin acrylic. I wanted to try ombre and he recommened the airbrush and awesome base color that I would have never picked. It turned out better than expected and I will be definitely coming back!
