It was alright, but I feel like the product they used is watered down. Dr.Gifty is lovely but she bruised me and it was just Botox.! That never has happened to me. And idk if the Botox wasn't mixed well or diluted because it left my forehead area lumpy and I did not see any results, just a lumpy forehead and I was still able to make expressions 1 month in. Front desk staff are rude! I have been to several medical spas whether for myself or along with a friend. I have never had or witnessed a spa that had so many people in the room while receiving treatment. I don't know why they even closed the door since staff walked in and out talking, hovering over me, and taking pictures. Worst experience I've had and will never return. Poor injection technique and I was not heard when I said DO NOT freeze me, I like to still have movement. The ladies kept saying you're beautiful like that's going to make me feel better about her doing whatever she likes. Unprofessional and no patient privacy. It was my first time going in for botox and fillers, this was something I never looked into so I was pretty lost and confused. I feel like my naiveness was taken advantage of. Because something was off when I first stepped into the building due to not being accepted on time for my appointment, I waited for 40 minutes until I was finally called in. Next, during the consultation they did not listen to my concerns and said they would just do what they thought was best. Gifty did not listen to any of my concerns or what things were problem areas. Next when she injected me she injected unevenly and did not fix areas that I saw were uneven. Following this, when my fillers did not sit right on my face I booked a follow up appointment. When I went in for the appointment they again did not listen to my concerns, the lip filler was uneven and my upper lip was protruding out. The filler on my forehead was a huge lumpy mess, and the smile lines filler dissolved within a week. They did not let me say or change any of this, instead Gifty just dismissed me saying "you look so beautiful." Overall terrible first time experience, first and last time I'll be visiting. read more

Throughout our visit there were three to four people in the room besides the injector. I'm not sure if that is standard for them when an elderly person is involved but it was embarrassing and not private from a client's viewpoint. The experience felt very odd. The injector seem to know what she was doing and I'm sure did a great job it was the unnecessarily crowded and observing multiple people that were unappreciated for the experience. They made the experience feel like we were being observed or on trial. Just because someone's elderly doesn't mean they don't know what they're doing and just because someone accompanies them it doesn't mean they are not a good person. It was a birthday present for me and the other party wanted to see what it was like being as she has never experienced such a treat. Even now I feel the need to justify myself. Went in for a consultation and they denied service which is understandable if it is out of their practices but one of the estis/nurses that was in the room with me kept insisting to check a dermatologist they recommended because it was "low budget" or even "free" which I had never heard of considering my request was on the cosmetic side and not a medical condition. Super unprofessional. I was already skeptical after hearing some things about this place but I booked an appointment on a Friday to do a bikini laser hair removal. They messaged me the day before my appointment saying they were going to have to reschedule because they were having maintenance issues with their machine and asked if I wanted to reschedule for the next week. I messaged back saying I was going to look around and see if I can get an sooner appointment. Fast forward to a week later I sent a message asking if I can book an appointment and they told me Hi, thanks for reaching out. I decided to try laser hair removal. I bought half face full price and under arms for half price. I would say around 800-1000 dollars. I did six treatments. Unfortunately I did not see any results. I understand laser treatment is a process it takes time and it's something that continuously needs to be done. I would've of liked to have seen some results within the six treatments. Nice place. Clean . Staff was friendly , and walk ins welcome. Sounds tempting. But no. Don't waste your money. Literally. I've been getting botox for a year, from 2 different places. Both gave the same results. My facial muscles had the same feeling post treatment. All went well. I loved the results. But not from this place ! I'm aware the visual results can take up to 2 weeks. But for me, I can feel the physical effects with in a few days. Especially a lip flip. Im telling you , this experience is different. It feels like nothing has happened. No change in facial movements. This place is giving diluted botox. And you're paying full price. If your botox is diluted too much, your results won't last as long, if they yield any change at all. And last , it was such a rushed service . Nothing personal about it. These services are personal to people. It's our faces , our bodies. I was pushed out of the chair like cattle.
