I will start by saying my review is for kacies "policy" and customer service not her injections. I had a appointment schedule this week for Thursday 3/23 that i unfortunately had to cancel due to me finding out recently that I am pregnant . So as her policy states she needs 2 business days to cancel without being charged $150 cancelation fee so that's exactly what I did on Tuesday 3/21 around 9:30 am which if your counting actually hours was more than 48 hours since my appointment wasn't until 11:45 am on Thursday. She texted me that morning stating that I would be charged the $150 since I didn't follow policy. Now most people would consider more the 48 hours 2 business days so I asked her because I was confused I totally thought I followed policy and she said no it should have been canceled Monday which makes no sense because that's 3 business days in advance . I was disappointed because she should be more clear and state she requires 3 days not 2! Not only that but I would think another woman would take into consideration I had to cancel because I'm pregnant not because I just wanted to cancel..... not the case because she still charged me after knowing the reason why I canceled . I told her that was unfortunate and I didn't understand her policy as it is confusing and she never responded to me after charging me . Sucks because I spent close to 4K going to her in a short amount of time and had planned to go back but not after this experience! Keep the 150!$ loose a good customer! read more
