But this one? It honestly beats them all. This spa sets the standard, no question. The moment we walked in, it just felt right. And then I met Rose... yeah, she's my favorite. She was literally going out of her way bringing me samples, throwing in discounts, handing me coupons!!! just pure good energy. I kept telling her not to waste anything on me, like seriously don't give me samples... and she just kept insisting. INSISTING You can't fake that kind of care. Our appointment was with Annabelle, and she was an absolute doll. Super knowledgeable, but what stood out was how she explained everything while she was doing it. Step by step, she made sure we actually understood what was happening and why. We did the Pico laser treatment! I had a bunch of dark spots, and one of them literally popped louder than the others. She broke it down right there, explaining how darker pigment needs deeper penetration. That kind of detail? You don't get that everywhere. Long story short, this is the place. Whether it's Botox with Lindsay, facials with Liana D, or any other treatment--they've got it dialed in. I've used the machine at DMH before and it's amazing -- and DMH was always wonderful, accommodating, and honest. Unfortunately, they recently closed, so I had to find a new provider for my treatment package. When I contacted DoctorFatOff, the manager responded by offering a discount. Please understand, however, that their rate for the exact same service was $3,000 higher than other providers I've spoken to. My previous provider (DMH) was fairly priced, and even their normal rates were nowhere near what MDS is charging. While I'm sure my new provider will be just as amazing as DMH was, I want others to know that MDS's Black Friday price was still $3,000 more than another vendor's regular pricing. I did a Forma facial and it was completely non invasive and not painful at all. We took before photos so I could really see the difference afterward, which I appreciated. They applied a gel to my face and used the Forma device to glide over the skin with gentle warmth. It felt relaxing and soothing, almost like a warm facial massage. Forma uses radiofrequency energy to stimulate collagen and elastin production. It helps tighten and firm the skin, improve texture, and smooth fine lines over time. What I loved most is that there is no downtime and it is safe for all skin types. My skin felt tighter, lifted, and had the most amazing glow afterward. I usually wear makeup every single day, but I left without any makeup on and felt so confident. My skin looked that good. I used to go to Blue Med Spa in Sherman Oaks, and every visit there would take 1-2 hours. The whole experience always felt like constant upselling from start to finish, from the front desk to the injector. It just wasn't enjoyable. My visit today was the complete opposite. The office is beautiful and very welcoming. When you walk in there's chilled champagne, orange juice for mimosas, and a lot of skincare products displayed. I'll admit I was a little nervous at first because I thought it might be another high-pressure environment. Instead, everyone was incredibly kind and relaxed. I told Kelly upfront that I had about $450-$500 to spend, and she didn't bat an eye or make me feel uncomfortable about having a budget. She treated my 11 lines and forehead wrinkles for $300, after the receptionist helped me apply a $65 coupon that she informed me about at check out. I was honestly expecting to only be able to afford my 11s like I used to at Blue, where just the forehead area would run around $550-$600 and crows feet were always extra. The difference here was huge. Kelly was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. She explained what she was doing, listened to what I wanted, and never once pressured me to add anything or buy extra services or products. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I'm beyond impressed with the whole experience and so happy to be done with Blue Med Spa. After my procedure, I had to wait another 10 minutes while the administrator was talking on the phone. No apology. No explanation. She didn't even tell me about payment right away -- just completely unprofessional. Customer service here is terrible. No flexibility, no empathy, no respect for clients' time or money. I've honestly never experienced anything like this before and I will never come back.

I spent about $4k on Emsculpt Neo when it first came out, and it made absolutely no difference in the appearance of my abdomen or underarms. [I took my own before and afters]. I've never had any plastic surgery or anything like that but wanted some help with my problem areas that I'm super self-conscious about despite being fit and wasn't willing to go under the knife. A few times I came to the studio, the paddles were down or something was malfunctioning with the machine. I don't know if that affected my treatments, but I can for sure say that it was not worth the cost. Sure, maybe celebrities or the ultra wealthy see a difference having this done on a regular basis, but a normal person will not be able to afford that many treatments to get results, and I wish Doc Melina was honest about that instead of selling me on a package. [And no, it wasn't my diet. I was working with a dietician and my diet was very strict during my cutting and maintaining cycles.] The tech was pleasant and cool, but I'm writing this as a cautionary tale to those considering Emsculpt Neo. You might as well just put it towards a plastic surgery procedure because Emsculpt Neo is kind of a scam.
