A friend had tried it with good results. I haven't had any fillers or botox in about a year and thought I would give it a go. They were having a special price, so I bought 3 sessions. I noticed a difference immediately in my skin. After 3 sessions, approximately 5 weeks apart, my fine lines on my forehead are going away, my skin is glowing and smooth, pores are smaller and my usually combination skin is now leveled out to normal. My only regret is I didn't include my neck when I did my face, but I will start. I've tried just about every skincare product you can imagine, been doing various injectables for over 12 years on my 56 year old face. Then they went silent for several hours, then emailed me saying they were going to "wave the cancelation fee" WHAT CANCELLATION FEE?! I literally canceled more than 24 hours in advance therefor there was no cancellation fee to wave?? They have the worst customer service, so glad I didn't give my money to a place with such horrible organization and customer service! Don't let them scam you!

I spent about $4k on Emsculpt Neo when it first came out, and it made absolutely no difference in the appearance of my abdomen or underarms. [I took my own before and afters]. I've never had any plastic surgery or anything like that but wanted some help with my problem areas that I'm super self-conscious about despite being fit and wasn't willing to go under the knife. A few times I came to the studio, the paddles were down or something was malfunctioning with the machine. I don't know if that affected my treatments, but I can for sure say that it was not worth the cost. Sure, maybe celebrities or the ultra wealthy see a difference having this done on a regular basis, but a normal person will not be able to afford that many treatments to get results, and I wish Doc Melina was honest about that instead of selling me on a package. [And no, it wasn't my diet. I was working with a dietician and my diet was very strict during my cutting and maintaining cycles.] The tech was pleasant and cool, but I'm writing this as a cautionary tale to those considering Emsculpt Neo. You might as well just put it towards a plastic surgery procedure because Emsculpt Neo is kind of a scam.
