Someone arrived a couple minutes later to tell me that the technician had already taken back the next person. I was then told that there is only a three minute grace period for appointments. This was never communicated ever. With such a tight timeframe, this should have been communicated upfront. We all know that life happens and you can't always be at your appointment within three minutes. Very disappointing.

She said up front how long my treatments will take and how many times I need to return. Sometimes it takes a lot and I appreciate how honest she is! Second, she has very up to date equipment. Her new laser creates a vacuum before zapping you and that hurts less. It also takes way less time. Third, I was apprehensive since I'm trans. Shouldn't have been. She's absolutely awesome and knows exactly how to make me feel at ease. (trans girls - look no further!) And last, she's very good at what she does. I get a sense that there is more to this laser/electrolysis than just pointing a wand and pressing a button. Deb is excellent in choosing the right tool and the right setting.
