Richard went above and beyond anything we could have asked for our wedding and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a full service caterer and staffing for your wedding and/or event. We initially reached out to Richard looking for a vendor to make appetizers for our wedding (we had different vendors for the other courses). He had a wide selection of foods choices, where we selected four appetizers, our personal favorite (and the one with rave reviews from our guests) was the Mediterranean Grilled Lamb Chops with Cilantro Mint Aioli. In addition to the food, Richard offered very competitive pricing on other services as well - servers, bartenders, linen rentals, silver wear, full bar package, and so on. He was very conscious of our budget and offered multiple alternatives for each decision, which was greatly appreciated. Since our reception was at a venue where we could bring our own food and alcohol, it also required us to take care of everything else. Having Richard to take care of so many items was such a huge blessing.

Shodan showed up and got everything dialed in right on time for our event. Only advice I'd give is to make sure you order more crostinis. I saw plenty of quick word of mouth drive traffic right to them and everyone loved the unique flavors that the filet with smashed avocado, honey goat cheese topped with roasted tomatoes and pesto drizzle, and caprese delivered. The grazing table is something I'll daydream of often now that I've seen and gotten to taste so many amazing things from it. I was told that was only for corporate events. Wow! Please do not allow them to ruin your day! I was charged 1,050 in production fees. I never used their plasticware, and was given 3 servers that hid in the back most of the time. Of course they helped themselves to the drinks we had to run get. It has one entrance, shared with an old folks' home, and no light. Depending on the time of day, turning left out of the entrance is a nightmare, and sometimes turning right is, too, because of the volume of traffic. 2) They use those little tablets on the tables, so when you pay with your credit card, you can't always get a paper receipt, which I like. Speaking of the tablets, some of the tables are in places where you can't see a TV, which is plenty fine by me; most of the TVs are around the bar, so it's nice to sit with my family with no distractions. Food was delicious. I got ribs, and they literally did fall off the bone when I pick them up to try to eat them; ended up using my fork quite a bit. Again, that's a compliment. Excellent service. I had Suarez, and I recommend him. Very friendly; anticipated my needs before I had them; he brought me extra wet-naps for those ribs, extra condiments, extra drinks, and all without me ever asking for a thing. When he packed up my to-go items, he stacked them in the bag neatly so they wouldn't spill or everything. Sophia, the manager, also came around. Good portion size with the food.
