While in Hiram for my son's basketball tournament, a few of the team parents and kids stopped by Texas Roadhouse for lunch, and we had a really good experience! Our server, Leanne, was absolutely awesome. She provided warm, caring, and attentive service from start to finish. She answered all of our questions with no problem and stayed polite, friendly, and patient with our large group of parents and kids. Customer service like that definitely deserves recognition! I was in the mood for a burger, so I tried the bacon cheeseburger cooked medium well with a side salad. The burger was tasty and satisfying, though I was expecting it to be a little juicier. Still, it definitely hit the spot. My son had the kid's sirloin steak with a baked potato, and he really enjoyed his meal as well. The food came out pretty fast, which was a huge plus with hungry kids after basketball games! And of course, those hot, fresh, soft dinner rolls were delicious as always. Overall, I'd give this location a solid 4/5 stars. Great service, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Not able to go to this location a lot but we went last night and had a wonderful experience. Our waitress was so sweet and helpful it being such a large restaurant. There was truly no wait time whatsoever you walk right in and get seated and the food was delicious. Everything that was supposed to be hot was hot and they chill their salad bowls, which makes one of the best salads now in restaurants you can get the restaurant was very clean. One of the managers even came by a couple of times to check on us and see how our meals were. A wonderful experience. read more

I would give 3.5 stars because our experiences are always great. Price, atmosphere, and service is 5 but food consistency is as different as the chefs who make it. My family has their favorite go to menu items and we will always recommend it because of the Military Love given. The issues are not consistent so I wont list them and my family only sends food back if the meat cooked is not what was requested. We visited Texas Roadhouse to celebrate my husband's birthday. The restaurant was surprisingly busy for a Tuesday evening. We were told the wait would be 15-20 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 25-30 minutes. When we were finally seated, it was in the very back corner of the restaurant labeled "Kent's Corner" (I assume Kent is the owner of the restaurant). Unfortunately, that corner was not as clean as it should have been. The table next to us had dirty to-go boxes, and the floor hadn't been swept. This made the experience a little uncomfortable for me. Our waitress was just ok. She did nothing to really make herself stand out. I ordered the Blue Crush Lemonade to drink which I regretted. I assumed that it was housemade, but it was made with Minute Maid, which I don't care for. I know not to order speciality lemonade there again if Minute Maid is the base. For dinner, I had the single grilled porkchop with a side salad and Mashed potatoes. The porkchop was tender and flavorful, but the real standout was the Mashed potatoes! The Mashed potatoes tasted like homemade, like somebody's mama or grandma whipped them up! Absolutely delicious! Everyone else at the table ordered steak or combos, with either chicken or shrimp, along with sides like fries, Mashed potatoes, and green beans. However, the waitress mixed up the steak temperatures. My son wanted medium and my daughter wanted medium well, but they got the reverse. They didn't complain because we had already waited quite a while, and didn't want to extend the evening further. Now, it seemed like a lot of people had the same idea to celebrate birthdays there. We saw and heard the staff sing and clap to their version of the "Happy Birthday" song at least six times while we were there. I asked our waitress to do the same for my husband, and they did, but I had the feeling that the staff was getting tired of singing it over and over, which was understandable. We sat at the bar and had a good experience. They were so busy on Saturday around 7 pm, which is expected. We sat at the bar and waiting around 10 minutes before a seat opened up. We heard the hostess telling people between 45 min and 2 hours for a table. Everyone was nice, we got fresh warm bread and our drinks came out fast. The smokehouse burger was delicious. It came with a side of fries which were seasoned with salt and they were very good. We also got the chicken critters with honey mustard, and a baked potato and a Caesar salad, all was great! the salad had too much dressing on it but it was still edible. It's mid. I ordered a 18 ounce sirloin. Meat was well flavored and very flavorful, but not very juicy. A little too well done. I also ordered broccoli and fries. Fries were very good but would have liked them fried a bit longer for more crunch on it. The broccoli was completely unflavored with no seasoning, not even salt on it. And it was very over cooked. Do not recommend the broccoli. The service was good. Our waiter was very nice and made sure to write down all our custom requests (well done steak, no sauce, etc.) so all our food was correct as we ordered it. Something you don't always see. As for ambiance, I wasn't loving the country vibes because I'm kind of an urban guy, but I won't deduct any points for this because the theme of the restaurant is country. ("Texas Roadhouse"). The service is quick and consistent. The food is decent and the drinks are strong. People tend to be very friendly from the guest to the staff. This past Saturday, 10/25/25, my family and I wanted to try out the new location. The hostesses were all so rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to get us a table. Once we did get a table, the server took our drink orders which was waters and ice teas. It took over 20 minutes and at the point between the rude hostesses and the lack of service, we left. I would have been more understanding if they were busy, but they were not. There were empty tables all around us. I have been reading some of the other reviews and it sounds like others have had the same experience with the rude hostesses. Your hostesses need some major training on hospitality service. Loud with a Side of hospitality. Solid roadhouse experience. Always recommend getting on their waitlist from their website. It was a 45 to 50 minute wait. We got on the waitlist when we were at the house, so our 20 minute drive counted as part of that waitlist. Stayed in the parking lot and was called in only when our table is ready. Everyone finished their plate. All the sides all the steaks, and the appetizer were fantastic. One person at our table salt unsure about which states she received and the manager came over within minutes of being requested. The manager was kind, Patient and knowledgeable about her steaks. We all came to the same conclusion that the proper steak was delivered to the table. If your child is super little and has a hard time eating grown-up food, the kids burgers were a little hard for our seven-year-old at the table to eat. Overall this is a great place to meet up with friends and family. In the past it has been hard for large parties, because all the tables or booths there are no places for them to pull tables together. Besides that I would recommend eating here anytime. Good. Not great, but good. The food was quite good. Not the very best I've ever had, but good. If you're not familiar, Texas Roadhouse gives you the option of choosing your steak; they have a display of numerous raw cuts of meat, and you can literally point to one and say you want that one. That area is as soon as you walk in. They have neatly folded kids' menus/activity pages with included triangular crayons (so they don't roll). Decor is fairly cool and in-line with what you'd expect: lots of cowboy stuff, sports stuff, wood and tin decor. My service was quite good. Server kept up with refills, condiments, had a good attitude, etc. Her name was Valerie if you read this review in the near future, and would recommend her. She even made a chocolate milk for my kid by adding syrup to the milk, even though technically there wasn't chocolate milk on the menu. The parking scenario is a bear. Getting in and out of this place isn't easy, so if you get frustrated by that, be ready. This area of Hiram could use some seriously design-flow. The place also fills up fast. I visited at 4 PM on a weekday, and almost every table was full. There are multiple benches and waiting areas inside and out, and a big sign in the lobby says they don't seat partial parties. So be ready to wait. All that said, it wasn't spectacular. Very good, but not knocked-my-socks off; it felt like one of those formulaic, straight-out-of-the-box chain restaurants where the manager made her obligatory visit and asked if everything was all right but barely waited long enough to hear the answer before moving on; I can't quite put my finger on it, but it didn't really feel very personal. That said, if a standardly-good experience with tasty food in a fun-enough atmosphere will do it for you, this is your place. Recommended, though not highly so. read more

Brand new store yet in order to place a to go order, you have to stand outside in cold rain to place your order. I am a handicapped senior, and that's hard to do. I would order on their web site and go pick up, but their web site doesn't accommodate folks who have been given gift cards as gifts. I really really really wanted to like this place. Son went last night and got to go. Apps - Cactus Blossom and Grilled Shrimp. Both were salty and I mean salty. cactus blossom wasn't cooked all the way. The center pieces still had raw batter. Dinner - Portobello Mushroom Chicken w/ Baked Potato and Salad with Italian Dressing. The Salad was a 10/10!!! It was soooo good. The Italian dressing was very good and the salad was fresh. The chicken was small and just looked sad. It lacked salt/seasoning so I topped it with some of the Cactus Blossom pieces and it balanced itself out. The baked Potato was hard. They didn't cook it all the way. Super disappointed. The rolls were good although they were a little cold and hard. I'm sure if they were fresh they would have been better. Came in on a random week night. A sign on the door read that they were to close in 45 minutes due to cold weather. The hostess took more than five minutes to show, then seemed dismissive as she sat us down. Once sat, we were told the kitchen would be closed in five minutes. We ordered quickly. There was no bread to offer, and the staff just kept giving us dirty looks, including our waitress who just wanted us to be gone. The food was not hot upon arrival, and these were expensive steaks. The whole experience really sullied my interest in Texas Roadhouse. I understand we were near the closing hour (even though we were actually an hour and a half ahead of the listed closing time) but it that is the case, I'd rather just be turned away than treated so poorly. I wouldn't even rate the food we received as worth the cost or satisfying. Very funny . I was so upset one hour the place was not at a bad capacity. I stood up paid for my little one plate and lemonade. I had to speak to the manager, as I did.
