Really outstanding time here. Recommended. Two minor griefs, then the great stuff: 1) Not a huge deal, but this place can be hard to get in and out of. It has one entrance, shared with an old folks' home, and no light. Depending on the time of day, turning left out of the entrance is a nightmare, and sometimes turning right is, too, because of the volume of traffic. 2) They use those little tablets on the tables, so when you pay with your credit card, you can't always get a paper receipt, which I like. Speaking of the tablets, some of the tables are in places where you can't see a TV, which is plenty fine by me; most of the TVs are around the bar, so it's nice to sit with my family with no distractions. Food was delicious. I got ribs, and they literally did fall off the bone when I pick them up to try to eat them; ended up using my fork quite a bit. Again, that's a compliment. Excellent service. I had Suarez, and I recommend him. Very friendly; anticipated my needs before I had them; he brought me extra wet-naps for those ribs, extra condiments, extra drinks, and all without me ever asking for a thing. When he packed up my to-go items, he stacked them in the bag neatly so they wouldn't spill or everything. Sophia, the manager, also came around. Good portion size with the food. We had a great time at Texas Roadhouse on Father's Day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was crowded and we had to wait.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But it was Father's Day afternoon. We used the app and joined the waitlist at 4:30 pm. The app said 55 to 65 min wait so we arrived at 5:15. We did not get seated until 6:30. That was irritating and we tried to use the app and wait at home. But the restaurant was absolutely packed. We had to park in the mud of an adjacent lot because there was no parking available. The staff were doing a terrific job handling the crowd. The hostess station was very patient with their endless line of people waiting and like they explained, it's Father's Day and a lot of tables are just sitting around talking after they eat. Every table was full and the second they became available they were bussed and refilled. So even with that the food was amazing. The service fast and responsive. The food came out quick and it was a great meal. I treated myself because it was Father's Day and got steak and ribs and both were amazing. While in Hiram for my son's basketball tournament, a few of the team parents and kids stopped by Texas Roadhouse for lunch, and we had a really good experience! Our server, Leanne, was absolutely awesome. She provided warm, caring, and attentive service from start to finish. She answered all of our questions with no problem and stayed polite, friendly, and patient with our large group of parents and kids. Customer service like that definitely deserves recognition! I was in the mood for a burger, so I tried the bacon cheeseburger cooked medium well with a side salad. The burger was tasty and satisfying, though I was expecting it to be a little juicier. Still, it definitely hit the spot. My son had the kid's sirloin steak with a baked potato, and he really enjoyed his meal as well. The food came out pretty fast, which was a huge plus with hungry kids after basketball games! And of course, those hot, fresh, soft dinner rolls were delicious as always. Not able to go to this location a lot but we went last night and had a wonderful experience. Our waitress was so sweet and helpful it being such a large restaurant. There was truly no wait time whatsoever you walk right in and get seated and the food was delicious. Everything that was supposed to be hot was hot and they chill their salad bowls, which makes one of the best salads now in restaurants you can get [[HIGHLIGHT]]the restaurant was very clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One of the managers even came by a couple of times to check on us and see how our meals were. Our waitress, Jessica, was unfriendly from the beginning and made us feel like serving our table was an inconvenience. She rarely checked on us we never received refills even when we asked My husband had to go find Jessica to ask for refills because she never came back. We also ordered appetizers that were forgotten, and we had to ask about them before they were finally brought out. By that point, the service had been so disappointing that we decided not to order entrées at all. We paid for our drinks and appetizers and left. I understand that restaurants get busy and everyone can have a bad day, but basic friendliness, communication, and attentiveness are part of customer service. We visited Texas Roadhouse to celebrate my husband's birthday. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was surprisingly busy for a Tuesday evening.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were told the wait would be 15-20 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 25-30 minutes. When we were finally seated, it was in the very back corner of the restaurant labeled "Kent's Corner" (I assume Kent is the owner of the restaurant). [[HIGHLIGHT]]Unfortunately, that corner was not as clean as it should have been. The table next to us had dirty to-go boxes, and the floor hadn't been swept.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This made the experience a little uncomfortable for me. Our waitress was just ok. She did nothing to really make herself stand out. I ordered the Blue Crush Lemonade to drink which I regretted. I assumed that it was housemade, but it was made with Minute Maid, which I don't care for. I know not to order speciality lemonade there again if Minute Maid is the base. For dinner, I had the single grilled porkchop with a side salad and Mashed potatoes. The porkchop was tender and flavorful, but the real standout was the Mashed potatoes! The Mashed potatoes tasted like homemade, like somebody's mama or grandma whipped them up! Absolutely delicious! Everyone else at the table ordered steak or combos, with either chicken or shrimp, along with sides like fries, Mashed potatoes, and green beans. However, the waitress mixed up the steak temperatures. My son wanted medium and my daughter wanted medium well, but they got the reverse. They didn't complain because we had already waited quite a while, and didn't want to extend the evening further. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Now, it seemed like a lot of people had the same idea to celebrate birthdays there. We saw and heard the staff sing and clap to their version of the "Happy Birthday" song at least six times while we were there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I asked our waitress to do the same for my husband, and they did, but I had the feeling that the staff was getting tired of singing it over and over, which was understandable. Great job Mr. Bennett! TRH remains consistent in the rolls, peanuts, and that the Hiram location is the most as far as customers & making money in the whole country! I love the menu additions. I would give 3.5 stars because our experiences are always great. Do not recommend the broccoli. The service was good. Our waiter was very nice and made sure to write down all our custom requests (well done steak, no sauce, etc.) so all our food was correct as we ordered it. Something you don't always see. We got on the waitlist when we were at the house, so our 20 minute drive counted as part of that waitlist. Stayed in the parking lot and was called in only when our table is ready. Everyone finished their plate. All the sides all the steaks, and the appetizer were fantastic. One person at our table salt unsure about which states she received and the manager came over within minutes of being requested. The manager was kind, Patient and knowledgeable about her steaks. We all came to the same conclusion that the proper steak was delivered to the table. If your child is super little and has a hard time eating grown-up food, the kids burgers were a little hard for our seven-year-old at the table to eat. Overall this is a great place to meet up with friends and family. In the past it has been hard for large parties, because all the tables or booths there are no places for them to pull tables together. Besides that I would recommend eating here anytime. This past Saturday, 10/25/25, my family and I wanted to try out the new location. The hostesses were all so rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to get us a table. Once we did get a table, the server took our drink orders which was waters and ice teas. It took over 20 minutes and at the point between the rude hostesses and the lack of service, we left. Brand new store yet in order to place a to go order, you have to stand outside in cold rain to place your order. I am a handicapped senior, and that's hard to do. I would order on their web site and go pick up, but their web site doesn't accommodate folks who have been given gift cards as gifts. My son gives me several hundred dollar gift cards every year and I have preferred this over Longhorns simply because of their peanuts. I would sell my gift cards today for half of what my son paid for them. I don't plan to have my shadow darken the doors of a Texas Roadhouse again. As little as they need me, I need them less! Both were salty and I mean salty. cactus blossom wasn't cooked all the way. The center pieces still had raw batter. Dinner - Portobello Mushroom Chicken w/ Baked Potato and Salad with Italian Dressing. The Salad was a 10/10!!! It was soooo good. The Italian dressing was very good and the salad was fresh. The chicken was small and just looked sad. It lacked salt/seasoning so I topped it with some of the Cactus Blossom pieces and it balanced itself out. The baked Potato was hard. They didn't cook it all the way. Super disappointed. The rolls were good although they were a little cold and hard. I'm sure if they were fresh they would have been better.
