I did order online, but picked it up at the SW store. It was worth the drive not too have to deal with the NE store. SW store was very helpful. I stopped in again recently to see if things had changed for the better and add a 3rd line. Sorry to say it was just as bad. Sales Rep had the deer in the headlights look when I asked for any specials. Once again no attempt to reach out for my needs and help. I left the store and ordered through the Verizon call center. I received my phone the next day with two great promotions added to my account and a sincere appreciation for my business. Even the accessories were priced right. Brick and mortar stores are truly turning into a waste of time and gas. At least for this NE store.

The rep suggested we have it repaired before trade-in so I'd get a better credit for the new device. We filed an insurance claim at T-Mobile and it kicked me out an email to make an appointment with CPR for a same-day screen replacement. I set my appointment for the next day and showed up a little early since I had no idea what to expect. The lady that checked me in was very nice and happily answered what felt like the most basic (dumb) questions to put my mind at ease. They even alerted me that my battery is in pretty poor shape, but since I'm just trying to trade it in I opted to leave it alone. I was able to swing back two hours later for my device and haven't had any problems with the new screen. Like others have said, I hope I wouldn't need to use their services again, but glad to know they're an option!
