Though the manufacturer insisted they'd shipped the ordered amount I insisted that I knew how many boxes I'd received. Since I placed the order through Lighting Sales they got involved and were able to seek a No Cost Replacement for all 16 boxes which were missing (25 ordered in total and only 9 were received).
