Do not use this company. They are a scam and the door-to-door salesman Aaron Vaughn started stalking me which I caught on the cameras they sold me. I have been reaching out for a year now to return equipment and they agreed but will never come out to pick it up. now they have charged my credit with collections for the price of all the equipment! Getting ahold of this company is impossible and when they say they are going to do anything to help they hang up and write in the notes the call was dropped and you have to hold for another hour to go through the same runaround. This company is horrible. Do not fall for the door to door soliciting. Nothing they promise is accurate. The equipment is cheap and does not work. Mine stopped on day one. When you call they are very rude and insist the issue is your wifi connection. The installers do not take the time to hide wires or put things how you want them. Beware of the contract. Make sure if you have any doubts you cancel within 3 days. They will not let you out of it, even if thy have been unresponsive. You cannot relocate with it. Can't get ahold of anyone higher than the customer service line. Beware! Go with another company. They turned my account over to collections when it was current and did not credit my payments. After you sign the contract a creditor will call to inform you and ask you to agree to a 9 percent interest rate. read more

I trusted one of their reps into my home, who was extremely unprofessional and upright lied about what i was paying for. Affinity integrated does not want to be held accountable for their employees actions of deception. whomever works in the front office refuses to give me a supervisor and continues to hang up in my face when I tried to contact adt itself to be able to let them know what I'm being told.. I'm out 325 dollars for something that wasn't supposed to be charged . I have proof of messages between me and the employee when the first got the account set up. I hired AIS to secure my premises. The installers did a good job, but I had found an overlooked entry which made my home vulnerable to a break-in. I called their office for them to finish the job I had hired them to do. This would only require moving an existing sensor to a more appropriate location. I was told there would be an additional charge of $85 to complete the job I had originally hired them to do. For this reason, I now have reservations about the integrity of the service I am paying for. When a company is hired and is paid to do a job, I expect that responsibility to be honored. read more

Garbage service. Hasn't worked properly since being installed. Was just told that there is nothing they can do because my daughter can't access the doorbell camera. That I needed to have her phone checked by our provider. She has no other problems but that with her phone. The notifications will work one day but then just stop. Being a single mom, I want to be notified if someone comes on my property. Can't get that piece of mind with this company. They've been out a few times already. Have had it less than 8 months. Also be careful before signing anything. We were told they were using inhouse financing. They ended up taking out a $4000 loan on my credit. Ugh read more

I was contacted by the recruiter Ashia. I then agreed to the interview only to be left waiting on a zoom call entitled training for about 10 minutes waiting for Mr. Woods who never showed. After signing off the zoom I get a call from someone from the company saying, "Mr. Woods will not be joining the meeting." After being left waiting for this interviewer to show up and he did not. I'm sure he wasn't joining because he knew his actions were very unprofessional. Take the hint, don't accept the interview. Call me for a professional role with a professional company! read more

Would love to give no stars! The same day my family signed to buy our VERY FIRST house we arrived to said house and an hour later had a sales rep at our door. After deciding to get ADT he told us ADT takes photos with all their customers. Only later I would find out from someone else he ILLEGALLY used my photo along with others on social media to promote sales. I received an apology but you still can't ever remove something once it's posted online. I went on with installation trusting that it was one persons error. Since, I have been lied to about what my equipment is capable of doing. I have had things stolen from my front yard while my motion cameras just stare blank. Many phone calls and tech visits and still not operating as promised. I call in and notes are not made on the account and I receive no call back to rectify situations. Affinity (sales rep company for ADT) will not allow me to break contract though they are in breach and not honoring their end. Contract is 36 months long. I've had them 30 days and have already paid for 3 months auto draft monthly. My system is still not working after 3-4 visits out to my home and their response is they need more time to be able to fix it. read more

AIS sold me an ADT security system and told me I would receive a $99 rebate for the installation cost I had to pay up front, and also said they would but out my remaining contract with Brinks. It has been 4 months now and I am paying both ADT and Brinks. I have called the corporate office 2-3 times a month and have been told they are "looking into it". I enjoy my ADT service but unfortunately, the folks I have dealt with at AIS have failed to resolve my issue. They also promised my sons mother the first six months of service free, which was also a lie. They appear to promise a lot and fail to deliver. I am still fighting with AIS and ADT in Georgia for their bad business practices. I signed a contract in 2019 for a Control Security system that hasn't worked consistently since the install. The window sensors go off signaling an error without rhyme or reason. This occurs when the system is armed or not armed; in the day or at night when I am sleeping. This has disrupted my life. I have allowed the technicians to come in and try to fix the problem but it continues to occur. In November I was told if I allow a tenured ADT tech to come out they will terminate my contract if the issue occurs again. I did this in good faith. In February, I again experienced this same problem and was told if I allow of course there is no record of the agreement. However in a follow up call that same month, I was told the same thing again to allow them one last try at fixing it and they will let me out of my contract. When I said no, I was told me that if they need to come out 100 times I am suppose to allow it. So they never had any intentions of honoring their word. I am paying for a system that doesn't consistently work. I have to bypass the errors just to set the system which means my house is not securely protected. I am only one person trying to fight the big corporation and their affiliate and instead of doing the right thing they rather fight me over a system they know is not working for me. I pay my every month for a system that does not protect my investment, please tell me who is in breach of the contract!! The headache is not worth this. If you have had a good experience with both ADT and AIS that is great. Unfortunately, I can not be counted as the lucky few and they do not care. I have no confidence in their system, their company or their word. If you have money to waste and do not care about your home and those that live in it, then take a chance. In my opinion, they do not live up to the standards they profess on their website or during their sales pitch. read more

Affinity was a great company to work with. They were willing to work the night I called them to install the system. Sales guy was John, service tech was Jesse. They worked well together figuring out what would work best in my house, shared pictures and help maximize the equipment credits and discounts. The ADT system is an upgrade to what I have. The RING doorbell is great, but not perfectly integrated into the ADT system, so it requires an additional app. The wifi door locks work well, but each must be programed for each user at each door lock and cannot be programmed on your computer. A bit of an inconvenience when system is installed at a second home. read more

We ordered our system yesterday and it was installed today. Everything went as smoothly and pleasantly as possible. The fellow who installed the system was friendly and knowledgable. He worked quickly, quietly, and asked the appropriate questions like where we'd like different pieces of equipment placed. Afterwards, he showed me how to operate everything.
