Asked why as I did just literally pay, and they stated that I was charged for a "Hurricane clean-up" and last week of October. Mind you, my pool was completely blue & clean prior to him coming. I was never told this once about the first service, so very poor communication. Told them that after this last week, I will no longer be needing his services, but he did not show up at all today.
