All the negative reviews you read are one sided and I am sure something had to have happened (aka their car failed or they are nuts) that didn't work out in their favor so that's the only way they can complain. I went to get the inspection sticker before the current one expired. They gave me inspection sticker for only 6 months and claimed that I was a year late. They offered to give me another one if I pay again. I conscientiously take care of my car and know the rules. Will never go there again. read more

I had my windshield replaced in 2025 here because they are a local business, even though my insurance like us to use Safelite. I was told they were a listed with Progressive so they guarantee their work. A few months later a HUGE Crack appeared out of no where while I was driving on a side street. At first I thought it was water or something because it came out of nowhere. The Crack started from the bottom of the windshield where the adhesive and weather striping is and curved almost to the other side. The guy at Affordable Auto Glass looked at it and said "oh yep you were hit" and pointed to nothing. I said as much and he just kept gas lighting me. I know I wasnt hit by anything, but they shuffled me into the shop, fast talking the whole way, and set up a replacement appointment. When I got home I inspected the windshield more throughly and the crack starts from a chip INSIDE the glass where it meets the adhesive. Furthermore there is a similar chip on the other side where the glass meets the adhesive that has not propagated into a Crack (yet). These guys do not stand by their work, and will not be honest about their mistakes. This shop was good many years ago but the current owners do not care about quality or accountability. read more

If i could give no star I would.. They lied about my 2022 Toyota front side marker light being out for inspectio. Granted I came right when they was closing be I just got outta work but why would you take me if your gonna be that salty? I would seriously have went to a different place. Amazing on all fronts. They get you in and out without skimping on quality. The customer service is exceptional. I go in every year for inspection and they actually send reminders a few weeks in advance. I honestly have to say any glass issues or inspections you can't go wrong using them. If I could rate a 10 I definitely would give them. read more

Terrible customer service. The lady at the front desk was rude. She went and did an inspection around my car without telling me and wanted me to sign the papers indicating existing damage. When I questioned her as to why she did a walk around without me present,she said I'll be right back. Came back and said she's declining me get my windshield replaced. I also wrote on the 2 waivers the company name and address as it wasnt on there. She didnt like it. Big red flags here. read more

Come here for glass not stickers . Super picky on inspection you can come here and fail for something you won't fail for somewhere else.

These guys do good auto glass work but I wouldn't recommend them for stickers. They nitpick every little thing, blaming it on the registry cops. They gave me a rejection sticker, claiming I needed a muffler. I do need a muffler but the muffler is not loud enough to fail the inspection. So I brought it to my mechanic and he said it would cost $1000 to do everything. This is an older car with $150K miles so I said forget it. He gave me a sticker because, again, the muffler was not loud enough to fail inspection. Bottom line is the sticker ended up costing me $70 when Affordable should have passed it in the first place. read more

went in to get a inspection and the older lady upfront was really rude telling me she wants my email and phone number as I'm writing shes like well I need your keys and I said hold on I'm writing then I tell them I have a tint waver and there like we don't accept those what u mean you don't it's from the RMV waving my tints for my car not to mention they inspected my car last year and accepted the time waiver like come on now . less attitude and more knowledge would be a good thing . I'm giving my star rating mostly on work done not on other factors. I made an appointment for 8 am and had asked if my would be ready around noon. The woman taking the call said sure 4 hours should be enough time. When I dropped my car off I was told my car would not be ready by noon and that's why they offer " free" loaners. In all reality they are not free your paying 0.30 cents per mile. I came back to the shop around 1pm the same day. Car still not ready but a lady that dropped her car off at the same time was. May car was ready at 2:30. The technician talked to me about my windshield care which was nice and gave me special glass cleaner. read more

They scratched my hood when replacing the windshield and tried to say that they didn't even tho it is in the paper work that they gave me and my windshield cracked after two days of being replaced .. DO NOT use this company if you want things done even close to professional read more

They know what they are doing. The free loaner car is a great courtesy. Their shop is clean and you do not see even a crushed glass particle on the floor. All the staff are great and friendly and knowledgeable . The only reason I am dropping one star is that I had to return my car for a defective windshield, which could have been avoided should they inspected the glass before they called me to pick it up. They changed the defective windshield under their own warranty and they were very courteous towards me. If I need to put another windshield, I will definitely go there again. I strongly recommend this place for your auto glass work. read more

No accommodations for handicapped elderly! My mother went to get an inspection sticker and was told to wait in a 90 degree parking lot with no seats. She went home, came back with a chair the next day and was told she would not be serviced because she was rude ( by the way, she didn't say anything). To deny service to someone who has shown loyalty by coming back despite what occurred the previous day....ludicrous! read more

I went in before work this morning to get an inspection sticker since the state - in its infinite wisdom - took the RMV system down last weekend, and this Sat is the 31st (I'm a procrastinator, but not a total masochist.) There were 3 or 4 people ahead of me in line, so I figured it would be a while. I went to McD's next door to get a coffee, and by the time I got back, they were done! The very polite lady at the counter informed me that they had actually planned for the extra rush and staffed for it (imagine that!) They replaced the windshield on my 2005 RAV4. All of the staff were friendly and professional. They did an excellent job on the replacement and vacuumed and cleaned the inside of the car also at no cost to me. Got a free can of glass cleaner to boot! Their free loaner car got amazing mpg; I wish my RAV4 got that kind of mpg! I would recommend this place to anyone; they are a topnotch company. read more
