There was no apology for their oversight on not confirming that they had the correct parts needed and no discount for my inconvenience for having to wait. I was a 1st time customer. I chose to support a local shop instead of a chain with thoughts that I would be supporting a small business and getting customer service that generally goes along with a privately owned company that wants to maintains a great reputation.

Went back the next day and Carlos was the person assign to work on my car. From the beginning to end he was straight forward with me and answer all my questions. He was polite,honest and very efficient had my car done in no time,the problem was fixed,i have an older model vehicle so while the vehicle was up in the lift he was kind enough to point out some issues that might occur down the road for me to keep in mind, the manager Mony came over and looked at it and told me that it might last me another year or so the way it is now. Carlos lowered my car so i decided since i was there to get an alignment. Jose aka Flaco was in charge of that process. While doing the alignment he notice that both of my Tie Rods ends were bad he called me over and showed me. So i wasn't able to do the alignment like i wanted, but i will go back and get that fix. With what they charge me for my visit i could easily have done the tie rods today also but they didn't have them in stock and i had an appointment in the afternoon i was running out of time.
