By a gift from god that gas station had these mechanics on site. I told them what was going on and they immediately had a mechanic come run tests on my car. With me being stranded they graciously offered to do a quick fix for my car that would take just an hour. I feel so grateful that they were willing to help me out on a hot July afternoon. I spoke with Cara in the office and from my first communication to my last with Mike today, I was absolutely blown away by how professional, knowledgeable and kind this company was! Even though I called about 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close, they told me to bring my vehicle in that evening! I went home that night with an estimate to send to UTA. Once I received approval from UTA (don't get me started on THAT headache), Anderson's was able to schedule me for about 3 weeks out. Shortly after, they called me to let me know they would be able to squeeze me in a little earlier than that! I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and unfortunately, there was more damage found once they removed my bumper. They were hoping to have the car returned to me by that Friday, but because they had to order more parts, it took a little bit longer than they anticipated. Mike AND Cara communicated with me every step of the way! When I picked up my car, it was beautiful again! They did such a fantastic job, you would never guess that my Atlas had been hit by a bus! Their prices were also reasonable....enough so that UTA didn't put up a fuss with the estimate OR with the additional costs! I spoke to Jake a few weeks ago and he assured me that he would pay the bill. As of today my Enterprise account is still flagged so I can't rent from them until the balance is paid. Where is Jake's integrity? He didn't repair my Chevy Cruise in a timely manner either and when I came to pick it up, the front bumper was loose and was missing the driver side mirror so I refused to pick up my car. He reordered the two parts and a month later my car was finally completed. Jake never requested an extension from The State Of Utah Risk Management for another months rental car fee! Jake told me to keep the rental while he reordered the two parts. I have done business with Beckstrom prior when his parents owned the company. They were great! But Jake is not! I will never do business with Beckstrom again and would advise others beware! I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
