People they sold this place they are there to Over charge and get as much as they can from you first time and Dont care for repeat business, worst than a dealership.... didnt fix what we brought into them lied and said they did and less than 500 feet out of there driveway problem came back (engine light) they threw new parts at issue and called it done, charge you for diagnostic but didnt really fix the issue. charge outrages labor and tool fee for diagnostic test without results. i had replaced with new the parts they did a week before, codes showed a misfire on cyl 1, the O2 sensors were giving bad voltage readings because air and fuel ratios were off from misfire, with expensive diagnostic and maybe a mech with any skill would research why but just threw new parts at one part of issue and sent it to billing, well the misfire was because roller rockers for cylinder 1 had faulted and wore down came on intake so valves weren't opening and fuel and air was mess up and Bam misfire. $900. dollars to replace 2 O2 sensors that took me 1 hour start to finish to change, This is called ripping people off.... It may have been a better place before but look out there going to get ya now.... read more

Very nice staff and repair facility. The mechanic for foreign cars was not in until Tuesday, so dropped my BMW X5 off on Monday before closing. Called them Tuesday afternoon and nothing to report. The next day Jer's called me to let me know the washer pump was cracked and it would cost $650 for the repair. I agreed with the quote and to perform the repair. The next day I received another call stating that panel tabs were breaking off during disassembly and that they were on hold until I approved the replacement part. The quote was another $400.00. I was already told the pump was cracked, so I went back to Jer's to review the new issue. During my review I could see the pump was never removed for inspection, so why tell me it's cracked? The panel did have a tab that was broken, but just knowing that I was lied to about the pump was not acceptable. I asked for my car back with no work done. I bought a new pump for $28.99 on Amazon and completed the work myself. BTW, did not remove panel, so saved another $400. read more

Blew the turbocharger on my 2016 Mercedes GL 450. Didn't have a check engine or warning light, but it wasn't as fun to drive and based on internet comments there was a possibility of further engine damage if I didn't get it fixed. The repair is a big job so I needed more than my neighborhood mechanic. I asked around and did some internet research, Jer's looked like a good choice for me. I scheduled with Ryan and Kelly. They got me in within a week for the diagnostic and confirmed what I already knew. I approved the work and they got started. Great communication throughout. They got the job done for 30% less than I was expecting and I swear it runs better than it did when I first bought it. I'll use Jer's Elite Automotive from now on. On my way to work this morning I noticed that my car kept having a scraping noise when I'd go over bumps or inclines. Once I parked at work, I looked under the car and realized my skid guard had come loose. Since it's a 20+ mile drive home I looked for mechanics nearby that could help me out and Jer's Elite Automotive was highly rated. They did not disappoint. I called and they set an appointment for me that day. They were able to quickly fix the skid guard and didn't charge me anything, even after I offered a few times. I'm really skeptical about where my car gets its maintenance and who touches my car. A ton of my coworkers have recommended Jers Elite! I needed a few minor things done to my car like, new windshields, tire rotations, 30k mile checkup, alignment and tire rotation.. I I called and got the prices and they were less expensive than a dealership or tire co. I took my car in, and I don't think I've ever felt so at home ever before. Honest as they come!!! Took my Toyo Tacoma Truck to them for a second opinion. First opinion was from Les Schwab (after they had already done $200 worth of work) thinking the clunking I was hearing was something they hadn't tightened during the previous work. Was told it was a bearing that was out and I would have to pay another $250 to fix it. Jer's Elite gave the truck a once over and noticed a tie rod hadn't been tightened from PREVIOUS work that had been done. Tightened it and out the door I went.
