Given all the great reviews on Google, I had high hopes for this shop. I don't enjoy leaving…read morenegative reviews, and try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but I feel like this shop took advantage of my husband. $1,400 dollars and 2.5 weeks later, the vehicle is worse than when we dropped it off. The shaking (which only happened on the freeway) is now happening around town, and when we let off the gas, we hear a spinning/grinding noise. I wish we had paid more attention to the negative reviews, because we had the same experience as some of the other customers. When we dropped off the vehicle, they said the axels were shot and needed to be replaced. The original quote was around $600 for labor and $150 for diagnostics, and an astronomical amount for the parts. We ended purchasing our own parts at Autozone to save quite a bit of money (we purchased the best CV axels they had (which were the Duralast Gold with a limited lifetime warranty), and asked the shop if we could bring them in. They agreed, but said their shop warranty for the parts would be void. We agreed to the terms and they started working on the vehicle. Once the mechanic installed the axels, he said the seals started leaking. After attempting to fix the seals multiple times, they said they only charged us for 1 of those multiple attempts. Since he had to take everything out and replace the seal, we had to pay $40 for the seal (which is fine). The labor to take everything apart again ended up being our responsibility though ($464). The original quote for labor to replace TWO cv axels was a little over $600, but now to replace ONE seal is $464. They'll probably say it was the lift kit causing the issue (which has been on the vehicle for 5+ years and is a one inch lift), or they'll say the parts we bought to fix the vehicle were not up to their standard. We're not quite sure what they're trying to do. A little over two weeks later and now we're left with a vehicle that is worse now than when we dropped it off and we're $1,400 poorer. I feel like this might be a Get Gephardt situation.

He stated that the door repair would probably be around $1500 also for a problem with the locking mechanism. Final bill was $668 for freon! He charged an extra $150 for the door that I never authorized. I then bought a part for the door ($18) and found another mechanic who fixed it for only $150. I am warning you... Today I took them my 2 of my boat trailer tires with puppy dog eyes and said we were going boating later and was it possible to get them done within the next 2hrs so we could still go. I was in and out in less than 30 min. As I left I thanked Dustin for the rapid service and Dustin told me, "of course we had to get you out there, have fun boating". Their mechanics are conscientious and honest. I have never been over charged and sometimes they cut a price break if something takes a lot longer than they anticipated. Also if they run into something unexpected the is more of a specialty and have to refer you to the dealer (which is rare) they will work to make it right. 2nd time having issues here now…read more I specifically requested an AC diagnostic and explained upfront that I had already replaced the compressor, had the system charged the day before, and that a full leak/pressure test had already been performed. Instead of moving forward with a true diagnostic, they repeated the exact same service (discharge and recharge) that had just been done, and then charged me $285 for it. In the end, I'm back to square one--still not knowing what's wrong with my AC, but now out the money for a redundant service I did not need. To make it worse, I was told I'd need to pay even more for a diagnostic... which is what I had asked for in the first place. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Be careful coming here for service and make sure they're clear on what you're requesting, or you may end up paying twice without answers. Always ask for Donny. He is awesome! He wasn't available when this happened.
