We saw a used 2022 Subaru Impreza on the Reedman Toll that was exactly what we wanted. We filled out the online contact form. They called us immediately so we scheduled an appointment to see the car. We got a text from Dylan in sales and confirmed the car was on the lot. When we got there to see the car, no one could find it. We drove arpound the lot with Dylan for 20 minutes looking for it to no avail. Two other people were driving around looking for the car but no one could find it. We found out later that the dealership's owner, a guy named Bill, had lent the car to his mother but did not bother to tell anyone. He did not check to see if anyone was coming in to see that car. He just handed the keys to his mother without thinking at all about customers or his sales staff. Thanks to Bill, my wife and I wasted an hour of our time. Dylan lost a sale. We chose to go to Reedman because it is a Subaru dealership located about 10 minutes from our home. Instead of buying the care there, we drove 30 minutes to Glanzmann Subaru in Hatboro and bought a similar Impreza there the same day. Glanzmann provided a totally pleasant and easy experience. It's too bad Reedman's owner cares about no one but himself.

Well as soon as you put your information (even if you put the wrong phone number or email address because you don't want to be harassed) into the website and unlock your terms for the vehicles drive time STILL manages to get your actual phone number and they will call you right away. I generally hang up on them. Like I said I was just browsing and seeing what I am eligible for when I am ready to purchase a vehicle. Just because I put my information into the website does not mean I want you to call me right away, that is why I put my wrong phone number and wrong email, but I still manage to get harassed.

They focused entirely on the 'monthly payment' to distract me from the total loan amount and the 84-month term they locked me into. This is predatory lending at its worst. I left thinking I got a deal, but I'm now financially trapped in a car that I can't sell or trade without coming up with over $10,000 out of pocket. Do yourself a favor and bring your own financing from a credit union--do not trust their 'in-house' math."
