I was rear-ended and this is the shop State Farm suggested. The front desk person there was awesome! She is professional, warm, and welcoming. I went for my estimate and to get scheduled. It was 3 weeks out which I wasn't thrilled with but accepted. They told me it would be 3 days and it was 2.5 days. Nice! The work performed was perfect!!! Plus I had a few scratches that had nothing to do with the accident. They fixed those at no additional charge. So nice! All that and a bag of cookies! LOL

I called Jose's since it's about 5 min from me and they said it wouldn't cost much since it was an easy job so I stopped by. When I walked in, I was greeted by the cutest, sweetest dog and Jose got to work installing the bracket. We had a good conversation - very personable and kind - which I appreciated, and before I knew it, he was done! After we got done talking, I went to pay and he told me not to worry about it. I could not believe he did that and I am so thankful. There aren't many good and kind hearted people left and I truly believe Jose is one of them.
