The car looked brand new when I received it back and they amazing-ly reproduced custom graphics and cleaned the car inside and out washed windows vacuumed. Got a estimate for a scratch on my trunk. They quoted $800. Went to the place across the street and they did it for $250. Beware of the price gouging here. Make sure you get multiple estimates. Also the lady behind the desk severely lacked customer service skills. It doesn't give you a good feeling about doing business with them when the person you're interacting with is extremely slow and rude. read more

I brought my car to these guys after getting an extremely fair quote done. Dropped off my car Saturday and picked up today, Thursday. (They didn't work on the vehicle until Monday) I wasn't going through insurance because I had claimed one of the other two accidents and I would hate to be dropped because of accidents I literally had nothing to do with. Let me start by saying, this place is the real deal. Initially, I found these guys off of Yelp. They had decent reviews so I decided to give them a try. It's a tiny place, not too much parking - but clean overall. I drive a 2018 Acura TLX A-Spec and to my wallets' disadvantage, I am extremely particular about my ride. Unfortunately, I've gotten hit - two hit and runs - in the last five months. So when I walked out to my car a week ago, I was devastated to find my rear bumper has been hit, yet again. I am that person who will park in the last spot at the mall and I will come out and someone will be parked up against me. It never fails! Anyways - Rosemont Auto Body was extremely communicative. Although the car was supposed to be done Wednesday, they needed an extra day, which was no problem! When I came to pick it up, the process was quick. The car looked brand new - literally. Where I was hit AND the interior. You can tell the interior was cleaned and wiped down. I essentially got a free detail; as someone who is obsessed with her car, this is a big WIN! When I got into the car, I couldn't help but notice a small sample of touch-up paint for my car as well. I don't think I'd every attempt to touch up my car myself, but I still loved it! Another great place about RAB is that they give you a lifetime warranty on their work. I hope to have no issues with the job that they did, but if I do, I know it is protected. Knock on wood, I'm hoping to having no more incidents for the remainder of my lease. However, if I do, I will 100% be back to these guys! This was my second trip to this shop. After my last repair, I asked about the Yelp coupon for a car wax. They quickly agreed to the deal and scheduled a date. The picture speaks for their work. The paint looks like new! However, the best part of the deal is working with the super-friendly staff. The drop off and pickup is always conversational, never just a business transaction. I love talking with Dana while she completes my paperwork. She is knowledgeable about cars and current events. Ed had my car outside and ready in 5 minutes, and I wound up talking to Dana for 10. Then Ed joined in with a few good stories and some great insider info from his years of experience. Auto repair of any kind is rarely pleasant. Let me start by saying that this business does high quality work. It is unfortunate that they choose to have a receptionist named Dana, working with the public. On several occasions, I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Dana and her condescending, offensive attitude. From asking to speaking to the manager or questioning the cost of the estimate, all inquiries were met with a similar negative attitude. I will never use Rosemont Auto Body because of this employee. Job done seemed fine, customer service on the other hand is unacceptable. Extremely rude, and no interest in making sure customer leaves satisfied. Simple questions and comments were given attitude and responses of carelessness. Do not know how a manager can have that kind of an attitude when the business is meant to take care of customers and their needs, especially when the responses were "whatever" more than half the time. If there is an issue with language barriers from the customers, maybe this individual should not be front desk if they will not take into consideration that maybe not everyone has proper english.Unfortunate that this was the place chosen to have vehicle fixed after collision. read more

Amazing! The owner Ed is such a informative and detailed man. I had hit a piece of sheet metal on the highway and from the moment I met him he reassured me that my truck that is less than a year old would be restored to pristine condition. I dropped it off on a Monday morning and it was done Wed. Not only did the shop do the bumper but they cleaned it inside and out!!! My truck looks like it just pulled off the showroom floor. They also corrected a problem with my door that I thought was just normal. Ed showed us the issue and explained what may or may not have caused it. I highly recommend this shop!!!! read more

This place is amazing! When my car, Agapi, got in a wreck they restored her back to her original condition. You would have never known that she was ever in a wreck when looking at her today. Perhaps it is because the mechanics and auto body people at this location are true magicians! When I dropped Agapi off at Rosemont Auto Body I was greeted by two wonderful people. They were kind and well prepared with the paper work ready when I got there. When I explained how Agapi was injured, they felt my pain. This was important to me because I needed to know that they understood how I felt and the want to get Agapi back to her original condition. What I really enjoyed about this place is the appreciation they have for your vehicle. My car is my baby and she's the only one I have. So it was important to me that I get her fixed at a place that would not only bring her back to her original look, but also appreciate her the way I did. Rosemont Auto Body did just that. Their customer service skills were PHENOMENAL! They called me to let me know when the estimator came to their facility. When I constantly called to see how my car was doing, they were always so kind and willing to tell me the newest update. They didn't make me feel like I was a burden every time I called either, which meant a lot to me because it really showed me that they valued me as a customer. Also, If you call after hours they have a company that takes their messages and they get back to you ASAP! Rosemont autobody outsourced It, but put all 4 new tires on her back seat, crushing everything & drove it to the outsourced place. Rosemont Auto Body is a great place as soon as I stepped in the owner came out and he was very helpful in process of starting the paper work to get my car fixed after the accident. The front part of my car was mangled, I thought the bumper need to be replace on closer inspection turns out most of the front end had to be replaced. The owner gave a 2 week estimate on when the car would be finished and it was finished in 2 week. When I went to go pick up my car it was parted on their property, which is great because sometimes they just park it in the streets. It was also nice that he itemized every part that was used, including the 18 cents for washers. The Best surprise was that they didn't just fix the exterior but cleaned the interior, shampooing and vacuuming the carpets and seats. Not only did they clean the carpets and seats but wiped down every surface. Also they provided the extra paint, that was mixed for the repairs and even put their color ratio on the bottle, in case of future repairs. I swear that my car had never been cleaner. read more

I came in with a PT Cruiser with a busted bumper and the guys there were such experts they could tell exactly how I broke it without me even telling them. Also they were nice enough to give me a ball park figure (which they came in under) on a Saturday so that I wouldn't have to take off work to get my car fixed. My father, who was a man who took no bs, vetted Pete years ago and took his cars there exclusively. I have done the same since 1997 and have referred many people. Pete is honest and hard working. I've had tune ups, engine work and brake work done. I once needed transmission work done and after looking at it Pete felt I'd be better off taking it to a transmission specialist because he'd have to charge me too much. I mean, he sent work away - and didn't charge me for the consult even. He's fantastic. I'll be a loyal customer forever. read more

Great service from a shop that doesn't cut corners. It's nice to have body work done and not have to wait 3 months for generic paint to cure before waxing, etc. They use only good, quality paint and materials. Ed was more than helpful and sensitive to my needs for my '06 BMW 330xi. Sort of like a good dentist, I'm very pleased with the work but hope I don't have to return any time soon! I went to this place last week to get my hood fixed, and they did a phenomenal job!! Unlike most places, it didn't take them over a week to repair the damages. They were finished with it in several days, and it was perfect! They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car free of charge! The people here are the friendliest people you will meet and are very easy to work with. They will work with you every step of the way. I recently (July) had some front end work done at Rosemont Auto Body. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I noticed some parts were out of line on the front end. I was told that they would need to work on it and that I would have to come back the next day. I returned the next day and found that one misaligned part was fixed and the other was not. I asked why the other part was not fixed and was told that it was within tolerance.? I could easily see the difference between the right and eft side of the vehicle and asked if they would fix it. I repeated the original conversation, noting the fact that the other issue would be fixed. I was again told that it was within tolerance and that any auto body place would see it the same way. I then asked if I could talk to my insurance company first, before I pay for the work and take my car. I ws told " Do what you have to.". This is what I was going todo, but something told me to ask about the car being stored while I discussed the issue with my insurance carrier. It was leter in the day and i was sure that i would not get the situation resolved after normal work hours. I asked the gentlemen at Rosemont Auto Body if they were going to charge me for keeping my car there while i called my carrier. They told me that I would be charged $100 per day. They now had my over a barrel. Either pick up the car and be dissatisfied or don't pick it up and pay through the nose. I then asked the gentlemen, who claimed to be better trained on the repair work, about the fact that the other gentlemen promised that the problem would be fixed. He told me that the person, who I originally spoke to, did not work on the car and therefore would not have the expertise to judge the quality of the work. Throughout this entire ordeal, I felt disrespected and certainly not like a customer. The reason i waited so long to write this review is the fact that I still had not received the warranty for the completed work. I was supposed to receive it within 3 weeks of the paid receipt. After twoo additional phone calls, i finally received the warranty. I will not be a customer of this place again. I take that back, because, apparently I was never treated as one to begin with. P.S. - Gerber Collision and Glass also felt that the issue could and should have been fixed. read more

I brought my car here after a "close encounter" with a concrete pillar in a parking garage. I have never had to have this type of repair work done on a car of mine before (thank goodness!) and was a little nervous about what would happen. Totally unnecessary to have worried. From the time I walked in the front door until the moment I drove the car off their lot, they were professional, friendly and informative. My car is seven years old, and it looks absolutely wonderful. The repair work is flawless - absolutely no evidence there was ever any damage. They cleaned and waxed the car as a nice bonus, too! I came in yesterday just as the shop opened was greeted right away by a man who I believe was the owner. My car hit a tree in a weird accident when my husband was trying to put my car in neutral so we could jump the battery.. anyway my taillight ended up getting broken along with some dents and paint chips in the area around the taillight. The owner replaced the light and re did the electric to hook it up and made it look like brand new for such a reasonable price. I would definitely recommended this shop. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE AND DISAPPOINTMENT! Several years ago we went to Rosemont Auto Body to have our car fixed due to a car accident. They were on the list of authorized repair services with our insurance company and they were close to where we live. Last October we were in another car accident (different car) (almost $12K in damages) and went back to them based on the experience we had. When we got our car back the steering wheel kept making a noise. After 3 times going back to them we were told there was nothing wrong. I videotaped so they could hear the noise as it was getting worse. We were told this wasn't caused by the accident. After having another mechanic and the dealerships service dept check the car we were told that the steering wheel pump was bad. If we continued to drive the car the pump would have blown causing major problems and money. We then find out that incorrect hoses were used and they were stretched so bad in order to fit. Used parts were used instead of new and the radiator was leaking and fluid all over. Took several pictures. In addition, they cut a piece of a part to make it fit that shouldn't have been cut. Two inspectors from our insurance co reviewed and concluded the job was not done right and approved to have the dealership make the repairs, which cost another $1K. Good idea to get a 2nd or 3rd opinion elsewhere before having this place repair your car. What a fiasco! read more
