They have an extremely high turnover with pediatric dentists, dental hygienists and office staff. While we were happy with the adult care we received from Dr. Parks, having a constant changeover in other staff affected our quality of care and overall experience. Additionally I had to stay really on top of keeping track of my family's xray schedule, as what was covered by our insurance because staff would attempt to perform X-rays without verifying coverage with our dental insurance. We decided to finally leave the practice after we cancelled an appointment. I had provided 24 hours noticed and was informed to penalize us, for not giving the required 48 hours notice, we would have to pay a scheduling fee each time we made an appointment, for every family member. I wrote an email to Dr. Parks to explain that my youth had pneumonia and I was treated very badly by staff for canceling appointments with 24 hours notice related to her illness. His staff member Denden intercepted the email and refused to forward it to him. After all the years my family had been with the practice it was extremely disappointing to be treated in such a way.

His staff is very welcoming and friendly. He has the most up-to-date equipment and methods in the dental field. A lot of things had changed in the years since I had been to a dentist. Very happy with the entire procedure for crown prep and cementation. My new crown fits my mouth perfectly and it is beautiful. They stood and had my chair so that my head was at their level, no towering over, no uncomfortable dental chair maneuvers where the patient feels like they are going to be dumped on their head, and no hair pulling! LOL ..and believe me, I was constantly saying, "don't dump me on my head and don't pull my hair today" at every visit with my previous dentist. Not having this added stress was NICE!
