As a veterans who is disabled, I have been through a lot of different medical and dental appointments. Milestone was one of my worst experiences. The treatments were painful and uncomfortable. I had to come back several times for redos. After waiting for proper insurance authorizations and assurances that treatments would be covered, They charged me anyway which leads to me to believe that they overcharged me. My family were patients of Milestone for many, many years. I would like to say probably eight years plus! They have an extremely high turnover with pediatric dentists, dental hygienists and office staff. While we were happy with the adult care we received from Dr. Parks, having a constant changeover in other staff affected our quality of care and overall experience. Additionally I had to stay really on top of keeping track of my family's xray schedule, as what was covered by our insurance because staff would attempt to perform X-rays without verifying coverage with our dental insurance. We decided to finally leave the practice after we cancelled an appointment. I had provided 24 hours noticed and was informed to penalize us, for not giving the required 48 hours notice, we would have to pay a scheduling fee each time we made an appointment, for every family member. I wrote an email to Dr. Parks to explain that my youth had pneumonia and I was treated very badly by staff for canceling appointments with 24 hours notice related to her illness. His staff member Denden intercepted the email and refused to forward it to him. After all the years my family had been with the practice it was extremely disappointing to be treated in such a way. read more

They don't oversell on products and they use state of the art devices. What an amazing dental office! My wife and I just recently found this office and we're SO happy we did. The entire staff is absolutely fantastic. The warm smiles and friendly greetings of the front desk are second to none. They really strive to know the patients and make everyone feel relaxed and welcomed. Unlike many offices, they tend to be on time and minimize wait times which I really appreciate! The Hygenists and Asssistants are absolutely top notch. So far, the Dentists themselves are THE BEST we've encountered! I really admire the calm demeanor and the respectful way that they interact with the patients and staff. I've been very impressed with the dentists skills and efficiency. From the numbing shots to the procedures themselves, patient comfort is their highest priority. The facilities are very modern and well maintained with technology to improve every aspect of the experience. I also appreciate that they provide a full range of services in-house including implants! Just had my 5th appt done over there. It was completely a disaster. First time was just an regular examination which was fine, 2nd visit which was the nightmare starts: Dr. Park put a temporary crown, the crown fell out the same day. 3rd visit Dr. Park put crown in my mouth without numb my gum. He said it's not gonna be hurt. However, it HURT AS HELL! It was probably the worst 2 hours in my life! For Every single second! 4th visit, I called front desk, request to switch other doctors to do my filling, cuz I can't handle Dr. park anymore. They said ok. After I arrived my appt, they numbed me first then Dr. Park showing up in front of the door!!! Oooof...they left me no choice for real. He did filling for 8 of my teeth at the same time, of course gonna be hurt. I had to take IBUPROFEN for 3 days. My teeth still hurting till the 5th appt. Here we go my 5th appt, I did the request other doctors besides Dr. Park. As what I thought, Dr. Park got me again. I already had the feeling before I arrived for some reason. This time we try out the night guard, again something gonna happen I knew it. Night guard DOESN'T FIT. It's a joke, the biggest joke. He blamed factory did it wrong. OK Doc whatever you say. I am only off 1 day a week. Now, I gotta show up at this place every Tuesday to see Dr. Park, either fix something or redo something. My gum still hurting now, still can't really chew anything a little bit hard, still so sensitive of anything hot and cold. Dr. park told me I have to wait 2 more weeks for night guard, because " factory's fault" . I don't even know what to do at this point, I am really wondering do they even know what they doing? Do they really care about patients request? I just want let everyone know what happened to me and what I am experiencing right now. Cuz no one deserve this! read more

Front desk staff and medical staff have all been very good. The office is fairly new and feels very modern. Parking is easy and I have always gotten into my appointment in a timely manner. The only slightly annoying element of their process is having to wait after the appointment if there is any additional dental work recommended. It has a very car dealership financing office feel to it. I've had to wait an extra 20 minutes + for someone to show up and talk about the other work and costs. Maybe this is typical for dental offices. I just find it to be unpleasant. I'll keep going to this office because the quality of the doctors and staff is great. read more

I'm with the other 1 star people below. Our daughters dentist recommended we pull her tooth because of decay, and so I sought a second opinion here. The office was clean, and the staff was all very friendly, except the dentist. She recommended, rather insisted we crown the tooth. Who crowns a 9 YO's tooth when the premolar was set to grow in within the year? Her and I did not see eye to eye and I left. A week later we were back at the kids dentist in Renton, they pulled the tooth (for 75% less than the crown), and my daughters premolar is already growing in. If they recommend something ridiculous, use your best judgment and get a second opinion somewhere else. This dentist is only in it for the money. read more

If I could give this dental clinic more stars, I would in a heart beat! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the nice ladies at the front desk, yes that does help settle us down a bit for bringing three small children to a public place. Front lobby is well lit and well kept, it has a play area that my kids noticed as soon as we stepped inside the building, so we part ways. They do have free wifi and Netflix for the adults, so that is a plus! After we filled out first timer paperwork, our six year old got sent to the X-ray room to get some pictures. This was her first time getting X-rayed, so I was a bit hesitant, but the hygienist was so efficient it was smooth sailing! Our three year old got seen at the same time, I was hoping seeing her older sister next to her would ease her a bit. But to our surprise, she didn't flinch one bit! Her first time to the dentist went so well, we are still in shock! From Dr. Do to the hygienist to the staff, everyone was so accommodating and they explain as they go, so we weren't in the dark as far as procedure and billing goes. We will definitely take our son in as soon as he is ready. And will probably transfer our care to this new facility as it is closer to home. We did not see an official dentist but this is based on the brief interaction we had with them. I made an appointment for my one year old but we didn't realize until we got to the appointment that my hubby didn't insure her with dental insurance. All three receptionists gave us their input that it was ok to wait until she got insurance and also gave us other options if we did pay out of pocket. Finally found a local dentist! Came here for my first appointment and all of the staff members were professional and courteous. Milestone is a well-staffed dental office that does extremely thorough work. From imaging, teeth mapping, cleaning, and exam, my mouth was poked, prodded, and pampered. At the end of the exam, the Doctor meets with you in a consult room and goes over any questions, concerns, and findings. I did receive an "upsell" of a fluoride treatment which I've never received at my other dentists, but it's covered by my insurance so I'm not going to harp about it. read more

Just a few words "Dr. Park is amazing" ! He genuinely cares about his patients. He walks you through the entire procedure which is very calming and you don't have to sit and wonder what is happening. If you have a dental emergency he will do whatever he can to get you in and he personally called me to walk me through some tips to hold me over until i could get in. (my crown came off while flossing) If you don't have insurance they offer an in-house Advantage plan and you get most of the same discounts as you would if you had insurance. I met Dr. Park at a previous practice and followed him to his brand new private practice in Covington. Coming to this practice is so awesome for me compared to the dental office i came from its not even comparable. Milestone is very clean, super modern and has the newest equipment on the market. You can tell they don't skimp on their equipment like other dental offices. The chairs are sooo comfortable and you get to watch Netflix : ), I literally feel like i can take a nap now while i'm there and my anxiety level has gone way down about going to the dentist. I have been coming to Milestone since moving to Auburn around 2018 to work in a local South King County school district. The offices are top notch, outfitted as far as I can tell with top of line equipment and I've even watched Avengers during one of my previous visits. I've had a porcelain crown fitted for when one of my teeth cracked in half, a few cavities filled, and several teeth cleanings etc. Front desk staff has always been great, my dental hygienist Jordan is awesome and I'm always glad to see Dr. Lee who has performed all of my work since my first visit, besides cleaning and deep pocket gum treatments by Jordan. I'm not sure if anyone actually looks forward to dental visits as certain pain/discomfort are hard to avoid with dental work but the Milestone group makes the experience as comfortable as possible. I started coming to this dental office about two years ago, when I final got good dental coverage both from my employer and my husband's employer. I hadn't been to a dentist in about five years (my bad!) First off, I am not dental phobic. That being said, I'm not thrilled about having dental work done, but accept it as the price of having teeth! So I was a little nervous going in because it had been so long since I had my teeth cleaned. They did a very thorough checkup, including full x-rays, and recommended that I come for deep cleanings. I didn't like the sound of that . . . but they assured me that they used anesthetic for the deep cleanings, and that it would benefit me in the long run. They scheduled two deep cleanings -- one for each side of my mouth. Each took over an hour, but they were well worth it. I have since been back for routine cleanings and periodontal checkups every 4 months, rather than the usual 6 months, due to the lag time between checkups previously. In addition, they have done two crowns for me now, both of which are absolutely perfect, and sent me for a root canal to a very good endodontist. Every checkup they ask how my teeth are doing, whether I'm having any sensitivity, etc. They are careful to document any concerns, and always check with me on the next appointment regarding the previous concerns. I appreciate the fact that I get regular reminders of my next appointment, starting about 2-3 weeks before my appointment time, which really helps me to remember. The office staff is helpful, the insurance process is effortless, and the clinic staff are professional and friendly. One thing that I think is really important -- if you don't have dental coverage through your employer, they have an option to assist with that as well. I think this is an excellent service to offer, as dental health is directly connected to physical health, and can make a significant difference in your overall health -- particularly in children. read more

My recent visit to Milestone Dental Group was hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. Dr Chris Lee and his staff made me feel like they cared about my dental health, and me as a patient, which really stuck out to me. This was my first visit as new patient, I was greeted warmly by the staff and offered something to drink, from an assortment of options, which I thought was really nice. I've been through a few initial dental visits in the past few years due to a job relocation, so I know the drill. This was different though. I really appreciated their attention to detail as they learned about my dental history and took x-rays. The technology they use is second to none. They took pictures of my teeth using a video tooth brush as well as a 3d x-ray of my mouth. Dr Lee and I were able to review the photos of problem areas and the 3d model on a large screen while I was sitting in the chair. This was a game changer for me because I was able to see the areas of my mouth that I need to work on. (The back of my teeth are not pretty) With the state of our health care system drastically changing over the past few years, I've found it very difficult to find practitioners who are transparent and upfront about cost. (I will spare you a longer rant on this subject). That is NOT the case at Milestone, and for me was like a breath of fresh air. Shawna walked me through a detailed explanation of the costs of today's visit as well as future visits. I left with the better understanding of the cost of my care and with a greater sense of trust for Milestone. My wife and I have pretty healthy mouths so usually dentist trips consist of cleanings and a filling here and there; she has dental insurance and I do not. Milestone offers a program for people like me, that don't have insurance, called the Milestone Advantage Program. My first visit was discounted to $280 from $455, and includes a $280 account credit toward my care next year, simply for being part of the program. The first visit completely pays for itself, and I'll actually go back for 6 month cleaning because I finally feel like it's worth it do to so. In the past, I've skipped these. Bottom line, even if you live in Seattle or farther suburbs and you're looking for a great dentist it's worth the drive to Milestone. You will not be disappointed. I sure wasn't! read more

I have always hated going to the dentist, but I love going here! I live in Redmond, but drive 40 minutes one way for my appointments here. Front desk is always kind and eager to help. Other dental staff always bring fun stories to make you feel comfortable and less anxious. Dr. Lee is extremely communicative through every cleaning/procedure, explaining every step in a way you will easily understand. All staff members just seem like they genuinely care for you, so that is what ultimately brings me back every time. My husband, my 9-month-old son and I have all been in for appointments in the past year and all three of us received excellent and thorough dental care. I was only in for a cleaning, but my husband got a few fillings. I was seen by Dr. Lee, my husband was seen by Dr. Park, and my baby was seen by Dr. Kim. They were all awesome. The office is very sleek and modern, with a cool little kids nook where kids can watch movies while they wait, but the best part is the pediatric dentistry area! There's this big friendly tree in there that just makes the whole area welcoming, which is great because dentists offices can be scary for kiddos. TRIED TO RIP MY FAMILY OFF. SCAMMERS! Sorry but my family were patients here. They do not deserve 5 stars. They have a ton of tech and the clinic is nice and clean but they tried to rip me off. I went in and the told me I needed a crown on a tooth. Nothing stood out as weird at the time but they started to brag to me about the fact that they have a machine that's makes the crowns onsite. They then showed me a pic of the tooth and said "see the dark spot? That's decay." Problem is I know that it was the previous filling that he was pointing to as the dark spot. I had them fill another tooth but told them I didn't want to do the crown just yet. Then my wife went in and they told her the same thing as me. Same tooth and same sales pitch about the machine. At this point I was very suspicious. I made the payments on my fillings and decided to go back to my first dds that was 45 mins away. I had them check the tooth that the Milestone said needed a crown on and they told me that was incorrect and unnecessary. During this time, I started getting a bill for the fillings I already paid for previously. I called to dispute this as the bill they sent didn't show that I owed them anything. After 6 months of asking for a bill that shows the balance they called me and very aggressively told me that since I wasn't their patient anymore they were just going to send me to collections. At this point, I paid it and filed a complaint with the health department and the insurance commissioners office. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I went to Milestone Dental for a pretty excruciating toothache and they were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment. ​I thought a particular tooth was the issue but after careful examination by Dr. Park, he actually informed me it was the tooth next to it that was causing the problem. My tooth was actually deeply cracked and I needed a root canal. The root canal was performed by Dr. Park for continuity of care, despite my usual dentist being Dr. Lee. I have since gone back to see Dr. Lee for my routine dental exams as well. Their quality of care, attention to detail, knowledge and expertise, and ability to explain and educate patients are all reasons why I have been very pleased with Milestone Dental.
